However the dangers are magnified for a company like Killergram that releases clips so prolifically in a country with such a relatively small pool of talent - they need to be extra-careful to guard against simply becoming boring. Perhaps the biggest and most off-putting Killergram cliche is the infuriating habit of the girls PAYING MORE ATTENTION TO THE CAMERA THAN THE GUY THEY'RE WITH. Sorry to shout, but I've raised this before and if anything it's got even worse. Most porn directorial quirks are okay - even desirable - in moderation, but is it really necessary to labour the point quite so excessively? I'm assuming this whole "breaking the fourth wall" nonsense, a la the UK comedy series "Miranda", is down to direction, since it's become too much of a prevalent theme to put the blame on the girls alone. When I watch porn, I want to be able to imagine that the girl is really into the sex and is really feeling something. I'm aware that an indeterminate proportion of girls are in reality probably thinking about their shopping or whatever, but good porn allows you to suspend disbelief, as indeed do all decent and entertaining performances, whether mainstream or adult. I'm afraid it's impossible to believe that you are watching two people having genuinely arousing sex when the girl constantly seems more interested in the camera and director than the guy who is supposedly transporting her to heights of hitherto unimagined ecstasy - all the more so if she resorts to risible attempts at dirty talk or whatnot directed at said director instead of the individual who is supposed to be at the business end.
