what does that have to do with anything?
Did I say anything about banning this trash? No, I'm stating that even in porn some stuff is off limits, even content that's not technically illegal is off limits. Just look at guidelines for onlyfans or studios dealing with credit card companies.
Nothing should be off limits but some stuff is still off limits and too taboo for mainstream porn

The notion that interracial sex = the n-word is involved is dumb as shit.

I'm getting a bit sick of sociopaths.

Or that interracial scenes have to be degrading or that IR only means a black man with a white woman.

Yep, that's moron thinking too. And some, perhaps most, companies feed into that. They don't always label Asian/white as interracial, for instance.

And here lies the issue. Interracial sex does not in any way shape or form equal race play. So using this to justify treating black performers like subhuman garbage and calling them the n word is a false equivalent.

Right, the initial question prompting this thread was specifically about race play. It seems like race play and IR have been used synonymously on this thread, but not all IR is race play from my understanding. There are IR scenes with people of different races performing together, but no mention of race, the "n" word, etc. Race play more specifically focuses on highlighting race and bringing up race, sometimes by using racial slurs, racial stereotypes, or racial terms referring to certain anatomy such as "BBC" or variations.

Sure, people can choose not to watch race play if they aren't into it, but that argument shouldn't be used to shutdown discussion on this topic. The question prompting this thread asked if race play is okay, so the discussion shouldn't be just restricted to people who are into it or watch it. The people who find it's not okay have as much right to contribute to the discussion and have their concerns taken seriously, even if some disagree. That's the only way to have open discussions.

Well, blame marketing! And yes, we all know that within the general confines of the world, I/R would technically be any 2 people of different races,. However, porn is not the real world, so that observation/complaint should be put out to pasture as we're all pretty aware of it.

And you're correct, they don't list Asian/White as I/R because it's not I/R, its Asian and thus always had its own section or shelf. The girl is the draw, not the guy. Even if there were black guys on the disc, its still "Asian." OTOH, on the I/R shelf, you know they're talking about black guys doing white girls. No different than the Anal shelf, the Parody shelf, the New Release shelf, etc.

I didn't say it did. I misread his post and thought he was advocating banning some stuff, not encouraging it. Not everyone needs help deciding what to watch or not. I admitted my error.

That's what we have been doing. Blaming marketing...Porn marketing and genres don't have to always be offensive to sell, just look at the transgender porn marketing of today to how it was marketed 20 years ago. Labeling only scenes with white women and black men as IR is just backward "old porn" thinking and has nothing to do with porn being based on fantasy. Also, In IR, race play porn, and bbc cuckold porn the man is the draw. If you don't believe me, just go to this site's thread for Blacked or IR. I believe porn marketing/genres need to change all around the broad. IR to Teens, porn marketing needs to grow up

Yet we all know that if it is anything other than white female with black male, militant fans freak out.
Hey, look even you did it in the same paragraph. I guess it isn't marketing to blame.

And you are still discussing IR in a race play thread despite IR is not race play.

I know black guys are the draw in Race Play Porn, I said it. But okay, say I want to find a release that features black guys doing white teens in front of their cuck hubby or daddy with some sort of clean up play. Old way of porn, titles like Race Relations, Black Bi Cuckolding, Bang that little white thang.

The titles say it all, you know what you're getting. You're stressing a new way of marketing or categorization. Can you change the wording of those titles to let the consumer know what they're getting a BM/WG release, without mentioning Black, White, or Race? An added parameter would also have to account for the fact, a viewer has no idea who would be a star or what company would release the same titles?

You've made it blatantly obvious, to you IR and race play are the same, which they aren't. So let's bring this back to race play only and stop pretending all IR is race play.

This argument is going in circles so I'll just give my 2 cents as a raceplay enjoyer. I think raceplay is completely fine as a niche fetish as long it doesn't dominate the options that black men have in the porn industry. Any performer should be informed of the type of scene that they're going to be in, and easily turn it down without harming their career. I think mainstream pornsites like Brazzers have done a good job at breaking down stereotypes and giving people of all races equal value and priority in their scenes. Because of this, I would say it's OK to have a few sites that are dedicated to raceplay.

As for the potential harm in spreading racism, I would say that a clear disclaimer in the beginning of each scene stating that it's just a fetish and not representative of reality and how real people should treat each other should suffice. In fact, I would say this should be the default for ALL scenes depicting "immorality", like incest, rape, blackmail, etc.

Finally, I feel like sites dedicated to "interracial" porn should lean into raceplay more. If you're going to have a website literally called BLACKED.COM, it's a little silly to completely not mention race at all in your scenes. I completely understand why there's been social pressure on these IR sites to completely get rid of raceplay, but I feel like they're going at it from the wrong angle. In the past, black men were often excluded from vanilla porn and were pretty much only on IR focused sites. Forcing these sites to get rid of raceplay won't fix the problem, as the black men will still only be on these sites, and scenes of black men having sex with white women will still be seen as outside the norm. Getting mainstream sites to hire more black performers is the solution, as it will make scenes with black men as normal as any other scene. Which, like I said before, is what Brazzers is doing. However, I completely acknowledge that I'm biased due to my love of raceplay.

Just a note from another continent or sometimes it seems like we are different planets. We all look different to others, except if we are twins. So why go on and talk about race? On my planet the result of the actions of Adolf Hitler and his gang of criminals is that only neonazis and groups very near them would even consider using the word race when it comes to humans, in public. Thus people, even in porn, can do and say crazy things, but please do not consider race as something existing in humans. There are no races, there are no competitions were humans, like dogs, win if they look like the race should look. There are no human races. Thus stop using such words!!!!

I find it difficult to believe black men aren't already overrepresented on even non-IR branded mainstream American porn sites. Black people in general make up less than 13% of the U.S.'s population and an even smaller fraction of that in the European countries where porn production is popular. For every Team Skeet, there's a Bangbros who appears to shoot at least 50% of their scenes with them. For every Naughty America, there's an X-Empire. For every Mike Adriano, you've got a Jules Jordan. For every Nubile Films, there's a Lover Her Films, etc. Then you have networks like ExCoGi, NVG, or VMG which all have sites that market themselves as only hiring black male talent, while still posting the occasional shoot with them on their other sites. I mean, Dogfart, the king of garbage interracial fetishism went a few updates (which meant months given how anemic its release schedule is) where their marquee ebony interracial site only shot with black men. Mindgeek is the industry's biggest producer and I can't hope to track what they put out, but even if they don't hire many black men, that still doesn't sound like a demographic lacking in porn representation. I haven't run the math, but my gut instinct tell me the groups largely absent in English porn production are Asian and Indigenous/non-white or black Hispanic men. Though, South America's got a growing local industry and Japan has always been a smut hub, so long as you accept the weirdness that comes with that.

There appears to be a lack of intraracial black scenes in mainstream American porn. I've seen women complain about that as black male porn fans call them slurs on social media. The problem is that it also seems like the mainstream companies have an ebony quota. Rather than just booking black women more often, they're just now splitting the same amount of scenes between shoots with black and non-black male talent. So they just end up pissing off the fans who like seeing black women with non-black men.

Well, you see, in the United States, the government is just barely not pro-nazi, and politicians go to extreme lengths to exhibit how racist they are to earn favor with nazis.

Knowing that, there really isn't much surprise that people make "race-play" videos.

This is me just spitballing, but I think the venn diagram of race play fans, CP fans, and incest fans is not quite 3 distinct circles. It's all evil-people shit.

Black men are probably somewhat overrepresented in non-IR themed porn, but it comes down to whether it's quality, "non-racist" representation. You already listed a bunch of sites that barely have scenes with black men like TeamSkeet, Naughty America, Mike Adriano, and Nubile Films.

Now let's look at the sites that do have black men regularly. XEmpire quite literally segregates it's scenes with white male actors and black male actors. HardX is for the white guys, DarkX is for the black guys. The only time black men appear on HardX is for blowbangs. Also, this shouldn't even count because DarkX is literally an IR-themed site. LoveHerFilms is also similar, as 90% of their scenes with black men are only part of the SheLovesBlack series. Jules Jordan is only 1 site, and they regularly alternate between white and black men, but look at the titles and descriptions of those scenes. Almost all of them have "BBC" or "Big Black Cock" in them. You'd be hard-pressed to find one that doesn't mention the black guy's race. Obviously, black men aren't having trouble finding work in the porn industry. It's more about black men having trouble finding work that doesn't fetishize their race.

But again, I WANT more raceplay in IR-themed sites. But I also want black men to be able to find work in which their race isn't fetishized. I think sites like Brazzers are doing a good job with that.

I don't understand this thread. Even among the US democrats and those who support (rightfully so, I might interject) so-called liberal social policies, there are individuals with deep-seated, psychologically-imprinted, bizarre yet understandable views on race, specifically black Americans. Those individuals might never even admit it to their closest friends, yet it creeps into their sexuality and late-night porn viewing habits, especially after a glass of wine or two.

Is this thread to say the above individuals, victims of upbringing, are bad or horrible? That sexual fantasies are sometimes wrong? That their psychology is broken? That such fantasies should be abolished and non-represented? Or something else?

For me, it's something else extending beyond just the individual person. It's societal. Though porn is about fantasy and I realize this, it can be shaped by real societal stereotypes and issues. Thus, I see fetishes for certain racial terms and anatomy as rooted in society, along with certain roles and portrayals. I consider the sociology of it, not just the psychology. This is why I have trouble seeing almost anything as nothing more than a personal preference, even if I support the right to make personal choices. There are so many levels to assess the issues, in other words.

Sorry, But most of y'all sexual fantasies are based on racism and I believe y'all don't see interracial couples as normal. Some of y'all see a black man with a white woman and see that as abnormal. It's the same looks and bigotry that I and my wife get from time to time from white and black people. I think some of y'all need some time to think about why you like stuff like race play and think IR should always have black men performing hyperaggressive sex. Race play and too many IR scenes are based on racist stereotypes of black men. Thinking a black man should be hyperaggressive during sex is a racist stereotype, believing all black men have big dicks is another racist stereotype. Porn, and porn sites, bolster racist tropes by design Why Porn's 'Interracial' Label Is Racist

I'm done with this..

This right here makes zero sense and is the main reason for my rant above. IR doesn't have to play into shitty "out of date" racist stereotypes for it to be IR. You can just have a couple having sex without pointing out race. I'm sorry but I believe people who are into race play and hyper-aggressive IR scenes have some deep seeded issue with race and believe a lot of the racist stereotypes about black men they see in porn. How do these people really feel about interracial relationships or how do they see black men? If you watch a rough" IR "scene a couple of times for a star you like or watch a "race play" scene just for something different I can somewhat understand but if that's all you consume. Then maybe you should think why

I think I heard some people in the RL BDSM scene say they have done race-play scenes with a dom or sub. They use "race play " scenes to work out racial trauma they have experienced, just like some victims of sexual assault doing a consensual non-consensual scene but some edgy "goon" jacking off at home to their favorite star saying the N-word isn't that.

MOD:
You used racist language before in this thread and got talked to during the period that was lost. Why you opted to throw out racist language again, I don't care. Racism isn't allowed here. Since this is your second hit for this, you get a long period. Maybe you'll learn how not to talk like a racist.

I feel like we agree more than you think. One of my main points was that black men and white women having sex SHOULD be more normalized in porn to the point where you don't point out race. We should regularly see black men in mainstream porn sites without having to see "BBC" in the title or description. We shouldn't have companies literally segregate black male and white male performers into different series. My point is that if there's already a website that is specifically tailored to fetishize black men have sex with white women (like BLACKED and DogFart), it doesn't make sense to suddenly stop doing that and alienate their audience.

As Tessa pointed out, it IS societal, and carried through generations within families, and it's psychological.

Are all fantasies (not even just sexual ones) OK, even if illegal? Hell yes!! No worthy therapist on the planet would say otherwise. Repressing personal thoughts is bad. Ever fantasized about killing someone?

Should they be represented fictitiously, like in a movie? I think so. All kinds of illegal things are represented in movies. Having weird racial fetishes isn't even necessarily illegal.

That said.my very genuine (seriously-genuine) question is, what do you see as the risk in representing certain fantasies in movies?

A

What are you even watching? I haven't heard the word "G**k" or "ch**" in porn since the 90s and most box covers just say Asian or something like that. Also, haven't heard of any modern-day Asian pornstar saying any of these "out of date" racial stereotypical lines in porn.

Again...that's the whole point. IT'S PORN! Who's turning to porn looking for PC thoughts and behaviors? And Again...Why do some of you want or insist that porn be PC when it comes to black men but all other UN-PC behavior is cheered and encouraged? Yes! Yes! and Yes! Some people get off on racial stereotypes. So? Big deal. That makes those people bad or even racist? Maybe yes, maybe no. Why so judgmental? Is the same sort of judging going on with porn that shows old men with barely legal girls? Is the same sort of judging going on for men slapping women in porn? Porn is filled with elements that offend some people. Why so worked up about this one (Not speaking only/directed at you but everyone here so bothered by it)? People like what they like. Some people are entertained by having white women making a big deal about having sex with big black dude. Some people are entertained by the thought of a dad having sex with their teen babysitter. According to this site a lot of people get off on a girl in pain while they receive anal sex. None of this is PC to certain people. If the things that offend one person need to go away then the things that offend everyone needs to go away or they need to be judged by the "offensive" stuff they like. That's only fair. This all make believe and fetish. You can't hold it up to real world standards.

The question prompting this thread is focused on raceplay, which is why the comments are about race. This doesn't mean people are only concerned about race and not other issues. There are people on this thread who have also spoken out against body-shaming BBWs on other threads, support for performers' health, safety, and control of their conditions, and so on.

Yes, that makes them bad and racist. Duh.

The porn industry also caters to people who want to fuck kids, which is why everyone just turned 18 or is having sex with their high schooler. Those people are also bad.

How is it bad if no one is actually being harmed? If all the people involved are legal adults that are consenting to everything going on in the scene, what's the issue?

The other genres are named just to give context to the race issue and make a point. At some point people just have to accept that other people have fetishes/fantasies that some people may think is offensive or in bad taste. As long as no laws are being broken, the performers agree to play the role, no one is being hurt, people understand the performers are roleplaying, and no one is being forced to watch it....have at it. I don't agree with labeling people you don't know racist because of a fetish they like or the type of porn they watch. Maybe some are racist but maybe they aren't. Are all the people who like/watch a certain type of porn a reflection of that?

The actual question was answered early on. Yes "raceplay" is okay. But not everyone likes it or agrees with it. That's not to say it's not worth discussing. But the question at this point should be about why a person likes or doesn't like it. Not calling others racist or wanting to see it taken away.

If you're asking the question "Why does a person like or doesn't like race play", you're also going to have to talk about race and racism. Because the fetish is about race. Or can you tell me another reason why someone would be into race play?

I've watched raceplay porn but I'm not into raceplay...or at least raceplay where the "n" word is used or raceplay where the performer goes overboard with either performer making a point that that the guy is black. I tend to watch porn mostly based on the girl. If I like the girl I tend to be able to watch in any genre. Secondly, I tend to gravitate toward IR porn (I'm black so I just prefer watching black performers). But it still needs to be IR with a girl I'm into. I don't watch IR just because it's IR. I'll always pick white on white with a girl I like over IR with a girl I'm not into or don't care about. So I've watched Raceplay and Cuckold stuff even though it's not something I have a craving to see. But that being said...I tend to also like scenario based porn. I like the people have sex to have sort of story/reason for having sex. So for me I don't mind raceplay or cuckold porn if it's isn't overdone. If the scenario is the girl is turned on by black men and wants to have sex with him and says so, that can be sexy or interesting to me. There are white girls who are really into black guys and there's nothing wrong with that, so I don't think there's anything wrong with watching in porn. Not something I actively seek out but as long as it's not done in a way I find annoying....it can hold some appeal. Same with the cuckold stuff. The scenario can be interesting or entertaining. I just don't like having the cuck be too involved once the sex starts. So with me it's more about the how far those genres go with how they portray the raceplay or cuckolding. Am I racist? I'm gonna say no. Is the porn I just mentioned racist? Yep. Probably so, technically speaking. Is it bad? For someone looking to be offended by a porn scene...yeah.

I watch family based porn. (I know, I know...This is supposed to be a bout raceplay...But stick with me for a minute). I'm completely and totally against incest. But there can be an appeal watching a girl seducing a family member....if I like that girl performer. They aren't really related you know. They're playing a part. I don't specifically seek that type of porn out, but if I like the girl, I like/prefer seeing some sort of scenario that leads to sex. Am I into incest? No. Is incest a bad thing? Absolutley. But I like certain girls and I like Scenarios that give context to the sex I'm about to watch...and it's make believe porn so I have no problem with it.

I watched the Jeffery Dahmar doc a few months ago. I tend to be against serial killers on a murder spree. But I like entertaining documentaries and I think the subject matter was very interesting. Am I into killing people and eating them? No. Is killing innocent people a bad thing? YES! Am I a horrible person with bad intentions because I choose to watch such a show? I don't believe so....but based on the the mindset of some people here the people who made the doc and the people who watched it must be.

If all things are equal and the only difference between two scenarios is the skin color of an individual, labeling either scene as lesser than the other is inherently racist. Raceplay plays upon this racist type of thinking. That's why people who are not racist typically find raceplay unappealing or offensive. That being said, if it's not hurting anyone and both parties consent it's probably the healthiest way for these people to indulge in these fetishes. It's similar to women abuse, loli, rape fantasy, etc. Ultimately, these types of fetishes whether inherent or a secondary characteristic of something deeper will continue to plague humanity forever. Therefore, I think confining these things to fantasies, but calling them out and dealing with them when they overstep is the best way of dealing with it. Shout out to the post above for doing exactly that.

It's definitely a double standard. not saying it's "right" or "morally" correct to propagate content that routinely makes black men out to be sexual deviants or predators. Every guy I know seems to believe that every black man has a huge dick. This comes from post civil war thinking/new ideas that arose amongst poor whites. They were kept impoverished and illiterate by upper class whites who banked on the poor being racist and hateful as a way to keep profiting for themselves t off of forced labor. Pseudo scientific beliefs like black people are better at sports/more athletic (superior in that regard and thought of as "other" than whites) blacks have giant penises, or the most recently debunked widely held notion that quarterbacks are white not black because blacks aren't as smart but posess greater athletic abilities. As we have seen over past decade, black qbs r just as smart but way more athletic than pocket passers and have changed the way football is played. I have "black" genes. meaning im an amazing athlete and muscular and my penis is big. I can say for certain that the massive dick phenomenon iis for guys not girls. girls don't like IR porn size dicks. it hurts them. some like it but it's def painful. one time I college a ruptured a girls cervix during a one night stand. blood was all over and she Was amnulanced to hospital and had surgery to repair her cervix. we were drunk so thats probably why she wasn't feeling the pain till after. id say the stereotypical black bull poudning a little white girl is degrading for two reasons. 1. the IR we see always consists of blacks w massive dicks who pound hard af. It's not sensual. it's all rough, rougher than white o white porn. 2. racism. racism mixed with elements of extra degradation is standard in ir. most content doesn't seek to degrade that much or require a huge dick. So not only r ppl racist but they cultivate an image that fits into their racist narrative. so there won't be a sensual scene with a black man and white woman because just the fact that male talent is black means (in our society) that the scene is gonna be a degrading rough one duhhh.

^ None of that explanation addresses why it is "innately" degrading though. I'm not saying that there are not degrading scenes with white women and black men.

But "innate" implies that they always are, or have to be, degrading by definition.

I guess there's no concrete answer. humans don't use logic most of the time. it's just how everyone feels. porn is degrading. there's nothing empowering or good about porn. its bad for pornstars and bad for those who consume. I still watch it. I watch ir a lot cuz the male talent is way better imo. it's def discrimination to not work with someone cuz he's black. pornstars like autumn falls just won't shoot with a black guy which is straight up racism. even if measurements r not that big and its not a rough scene autumn still won't shoot. if the the roughness and size of dicks are what she doesn't feel comfortable with thats ok. but an average Male performer who just happens to bed black shouldn't be kept from shooting cuz she's uncomfortable with race

Unfortunately, you have some black men that enjoy race play. Yes, some indeed like to be called the N-Word by a white woman when having sex. I hear a rumor if it is true that actor Donald aka Childish Gambino Glover who is dating a white woman enjoys race play. Remember the movie Storytelling in a scene Selma Blair's character had sex with Robert Wisdom's character? While he was fucking her he told her to say the N-Word while having sex which she did. There is no truth about it black men enjoy race play if some girls are ok with it.

The thing is. Blacked needs to change their name. Because it implies the same racist thing. Dogfart doesn't because it's just a stupid name, but they need to remove there bbc titles, and implied racial play of black dudes as thugs.

You are correct. Because a lot of them explore it at underage, and at a young age, it influences how you view people, doesn't help a lot of cuckolds are pedophiles that try lure in young underage children to be apart of it.
