For the time being, federal prosecution on obscenity charges is not a realistic concern, and any studios which are still tying their own hands over that worry are jumping at shadows. That's absurd, what happens if a couple of years from now Janet Jackson decides to show TWO titties on live tv? Witch hunt all over again, do you think they're gonna look back at all the obscene shit that's been produced meanwhile and say "that's ok, it only counts from this point forward"? Anything you do now can bite you in the ass 5, 10, 20, 40 years from now, there isn't an expiration date on it.
