As a result, you will get better porno . Don't expect to see rappers that have a bad track record (those that get arrested alot) to start doing porno. More likely you will see the ones that have a borderline squeaky image (such as Luda) to produce porno.

The rappers know that they can't jump into this market full force. They would most likely dabble or ride the fence so they can make money and bounce from Rap to Porno, to R-rated films etc.

Another scenario is that rappers might just financially support a production company as an investment (and to hook up with some sexy,petite white females on the side). Then those rappers could hire some of their friends to run the production company while they (the rappers) tour or create other venture income projects. This would be the best option.

Don't expect rappers to start being the main actor in the DVDs. I doubt that will happen with big name rappers.

Worse case scenario, Alot of rappers start creating pornos with only white females. And, alot of black females (that don't like porno or the interracial results) attack Porno. This is possible, but very unlikely to happen.

Best case scenario, you will see some incredible porno produced by rappers. As a result, the other production companies would need to keep pace. This is more likely to happen.

I heard there still is discrimination in the porno marketplace. I get the feeling some producers are afraid that a majority of viewers will eventually prefer the big black guy doing the petite female. So that reduces work for the out of shape guy with a small dick (regardless what color he is).

I don't care who produces it . I just don't like seeing watered down porno. I love seeing the petite,innocent white females take on a tall well hung man (regardless if he's black or white). It's even better when the female plays a babysitter, a cheerleader, or a catholic school student (with the pleated skirt).

Maybe I missed it but I am surprised that nobody else has mentioned the dealt hat 50 Cent apparently signed with New Sensations/Digital Sin. Then again I don't really know what that was all about anyway. I'm not a rap fan so I didn't care that much about it and didn't read the press release New Sensations had on their site but 50 Cent associating himself in all of this is a big deal. As has been pointed all of the other rap-porn connections have come from mostly veterans of rap music. Fiddy is new.

Honestly, I don't care about the rappers getting involved with rap. I agree with the previous poster who said that this trend is more a statement on the current state of the rap industry as opposed to the adult industry. But if you look at all of the rap videos out there the jump to porn is highly logical and unsurprising.

For the most part rappers only have limited involvement, most often acting as hosts. I am unaware of any films featuring known rappers having sex on screen, many are simply their to shift units through association.

However there is one former hip-hop star who’s a genuine fully-fledged member of the porno scene. I am sure you all remember the Group N.W.A featuring Eazy E et al. While one member DJ Yella who was the only member not to rap immediately went on to making porn when the group spilt. Unlike others he writes, directs and shoots the porn as well as appearing in it, but again he does not have sex. I believe he has made over 250 films under the alias 'The Kidd' before the rappers in porn fad took off. He has now started signing his porn’s under his former rap name as 'DJ Yella from N.W.A' and has worked for Elegant Angel.

He now has his own label DJ Yella Entertainment, and the porn is of the black gonzo variety featuring mostly black and latino girls from areas of L.A such as Compton, Watts and South Central.
