I, myself also wonder this same thing...Being that this is my lifestyle, I am always trying to figure out which girls are really into it in mainstream GG movies. I think a lot of the set-up (i.e. school girl look etc.) may have something to do with who is directing. It could be that if the director is male the scene might come out the way it does based on that director's interpretation. It could also be that the scene comes off "mechanical" because there is no connection between the two women.
Actually, without sounding like a know-all, I could tell Tina didn't like girls.
