Thanks to you both for the reponses to my query. Sorry if this is an area that has been overworked previously. What got me thinking about this was watching a non-porn movie by the great Spanish director Pedro Amoldovar. The movie was called Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down, and in it Antonio Banderas makes really passionate love to the very beautiful Victoria Abril. It's fake of course but very convincing, including the surprised look on Victoria's face when she realizes that it is really good. So I was thinking that it would be nice to see a scene with the same passion but real sex, orgasms and creampies. Does not have to be amateur.

I haven't seen the film, but it sounds hot. It makes you wonder what porn would be like in the hands of gifted Hollywood writers, directors and bigger budgets.

Almodovar always has great sex scenes in his movies, hell even when there aren't sex scenes his movies of really sexy (check out Penelope Cruz in Volver). He isn't Hollywood and his films don't have big budgets, it only takes a few million to make a really good looking film. Or even less, the film Once was shot on DV, looks great and cost approx. $150,000. It's all a question of skill, Gary Graver's films from the 70s (3AM, V: The Hot One) look great for their small budgets, but he did work in 'legit' films as a cinematographer.
As previously mentioned in this thread I'd recommend checking out some of Tony Comstock's titles (Comstock Films) like Marie and Jack: A Hardcore Love Story and Xana and Dax: When Opposites Attract. You aren't going to get vaginal creampies however he does focus on real life couples and puts together some great scenes.
Comstock films, as mentioned, is likely the closest to what you want. However, I'd call this an "exhibitionist" movie at the least, not a lovemaking film. How someone can be totally focused on the act of making love to another human being while worried about lighting, camera position, angles, etc. is beyond my understanding.

Yeah, but you edited out the part where I mentioned Once was shot for $150,000. That is approx. what Eli Cross' films cost, and the avg. cost for a 'big budget' xxx feature in the early 80s.
