Other than the same corporate owner, MindGeek, the videos at RealityKings, MOFOs and Brazzers (as well as Babes, Twisty's and DigitalPlayground, more MindGeek websites which I am also a member of), share virtually no video similarities -- including over-saturation. The individual websites are so distinct that, I could tell you which one is the source of any given video within seconds. And, I don't need the video logos to do it  Over-saturation has been with us ever since porn made the jump to VHS, DVDs and, now, digital downloads. It, also, seems to run in cycles. The common thread being a race to the bottom in cutting post-production and editing costs. Any decent consumer-grade video software is capable of cleaning-up and outputting video that is free of over-saturation and other issues. So, in a nutshell, incompetent people cranking-out content as fast as they can, without any attention to editing, quality and detail. You'd think that, with all the money spent on locations and talent, studios would not throw it all to waste by cheaping out on post production [Link] |
