I see some good "breast man" topics floating around the forum lately, so I'll contribute my own fetish: girls with big natural breasts that have very small aerolas.

I don't think Kay's aereola were very small, though.
Try Pat Wynne, though you got to like 'em on the older side to enjoy her.
Usually I see tiny nipples on busty asians. That's an avenue you should explore.
