Has anyone else noticed that several popular porn forums that were deep in porn scene file sharing have been shut down recently? Anyone kow whats going on for sure?
Great way to start posting here. Some of this forum's members make their livelihood out of the porn industry and you post wanting to know what's going on when sites giving it away for free are shut down? Are you really hoping for a constructive reply?
it would seem most of these sites/forum in the US were shut down a couple ears ago, now they have moved over seas to Germany ad other countries for example. It appears the German ones are down within the last week or so. It is porn news, I am all for supporting quality product, I am just wanting to know whats going on?
It is news only because you want it to make something out of it. Illegal site is taken down by authorities for distributing copyrighted material or hosting the means to do access it. What more is there to say about what's going on?

^ Way to welcome a new member. The guy asked a simple question. Nowhere in either of his posts does he defend illegal downloads.
It's a dying business. The filehosters never fully recovered from the Megaupload takedown. The remaining/new filehosters had to change their business plan to make themselves not appear as encouragers/promoters of illegal file uploading, and to not become the next FBI target. There is less money to be made by the uploaders. The various porn companies are more diligent about policing the forums and sending DMCA notices as needed. Just recently I saw a new forum open, and it lasted only 2 months, during which most of that time the owner was browbeating members to send money donations to help keep the site afloat. It's tough for a new startup to gain enough members and enough active uploaders to become viable, especially with the filehosters giving paltry payouts. And the well-established popular longtime sites are an easy target for the copyright owners to monitor. Edited by - ninja1 on 3/15/2013 7:31:20 PM
i dont offend easily, everyone is entitled to their opinion, not necesarilt free porn , lol, I just think its a good topic of discussion and a new pirating crack down is going down in europe right now.
^I'm glad you don't offend easily because discussions about Tube and Torrent sites tend to generate a lot of anger on the part of many pposter(me being one of them) and who can blame us when they have pretty much destroyed in a few years what was once an extremely lucrative industry. I think ninja1 explaination makes perfect sense and I don't think the downward trend will chnage for file sharing sites.
If you want to find out what is going on with fight against piracy sites read the latest news on http://torrentfreak.com. Last year the biggest file hosting sites like were shutdown. But its like playing whack-a-mole you take out one and another pops up.
