Anyone else having Firefox crashing lately?

I haven't added anything that I know of and I keep crashing.

At least ten times tonight.

No. Which rev are you on and what are you doing when it crashes?

1.5.0.6

Just surfing. I do have something downloading in the background, but it seems it happens more when I hit Yahoo.

But not always.

I'm on the same rev. There are a couple of sites that Firefox isn't happy with when they try to load Java but, other than that, I haven't noticed anything.

I'm thinking it has to to do with the latest Java update this week.

Yet another reason to hate auto-update.

I noticed that, as a web page appeared, it took a few seconds before I could scroll. The page would blink and then it was back to normal. It's very annoying.
I've been using IE for the past few days because of Firefox's problems.

I had some problems with firefox hanging when displaying a PDF link. This happened when I upgraded adobe acrobat from 5 to 7.

I uninstalled acrobat 7 and installed acrobat 6. This reduced the problems a lot but they still happen occasionally. I am on Firefox 1.5.06.
