The ones I can think of off the top of my head are:

A couple others I've run across recently are Gina LeMarca (former Penthouse Pet of the Year) and the orgasmic Chloe. Both may be dyed red though--I can't remember whether the bottom matches the top in color.
Steph: I'm almost positive that they're enhanced. It used to be really obvious in her early videos (nipple scars and tits shaped like balloons). She either had the work redone or returned to natural in her recent movies, since they have a more natural sag and I can't see the scars anymore.
