Adult DVD Talk at your service. 6409 Posts 11/99	Posted - Nov 10 2005 : 11:44AM We're close to completing a release calendar that will feature new releases and upcoming releases with cast lists, covers, directors, etc. The titles will be displayed by week and by studio. Which studios are you most interested in knowing which titles are coming? If the studio's website lists their upcoming releases please also include the URL of their site. Studios - if you would like to input your own titles please email me (webmaster@adultdvdtalk.com) for a log in. Unlike the big straight studios, who have multiple releases a month, most of the big gay studios do maybe 1 release a month. Alot of them are 1 every other month or so. And unless it's a REALLY big release, they don't give a whole lot of advance warning about them. Take Titan for example... you don't know when/what the next movie will be, until it's available for purchase at their website. The only one I've seen that advertises upcoming flicks is Raging Stallion. They have a little "Coming Soon" pic on their website somewhere. At any rate, I'm on their email list and I seem to recall I do. And it does seem like retailers do, e.g., TLA Studios gets some sort of info way ahead of time because they are always promoting "pre-booking" titles prior to release date, often months ahead. Click to expand That's true, but if you look carefully, you'll notice that the majority of the flicks available for "prebooking" at TLA are actually already available direct from the studio. The TLA release date is just the date the movie is avialable to general resellers. Maybe that's the date the Steph is looking for, though? [Link]

I will use the retailer release dates - yes, TLA's site is very helpful. I get a lot of release info in the mail which is pretty much useless.
