Which adult rental company has the fastest shipping to the New York City?

Well, Adultdvdempire.com is located a state away from nyc and is the only one on east coast I think. They should be your best bet. I live in VA and I usually get them in 2-3 days.

I see, but the thing is that it may take them 2 days to process and mail out the dvd. I am looking for a company that can do it like in 2 days. Netflix does it in 2 days. Bush DVD does it in 3 days, and they are all the way on the west coast, so I don't see why it is not possible to someone on the east coast to do it in 2 days.

Adultdvdempire.com does not take two days to process and mail a rental item. For every item that we receive from a customer, a new item is shipped out that same day. We do not hold movies or throttle accounts to delay shipments.

The reason that netflix can do shipments so fast is they have 37 shipping hubs at last count, and one of those is in New York.

So, does anyone in a big eastern city have recent experience with multiple rental sites?

I'd especially like to hear people's comparison of BushDVD with companies that ship from the east coast. After joining both BushDVD and Adult DVD Empire, I stuck with Bush, because their speed seemed a little better than Empire's.

But it's varied a lot and seems slower lately, while title availability has been so-so (maybe I keep trying to rent high-demand stuff).

Now with all these other places shipping from the east, I wonder if it's worth switching, but I'd like to hear testimonials from customers, not just employees.

(It is great how responsive several rental sites have been on these boards, though..)

Keep in mind that you can also take advantage of the free trials that some companies (including WantedList.com) offer. We've got a 10 day trial on the 2 dvd plan so you can at least see how long one or two turns takes. If you try us out, be sure to play with the 'quick returns' feature as well as it cuts shipping time quite a bit.

Bush DVD disapointed me this time. I rented 4 DVDs on sunday evening. Got the 2 on wednesday and another 2 on thursday.

2 (and 3) days from coast to coast sounds pretty good. Drop the first in the mail on Thursday, mark it as a rapid return online and they will be shipping another mailer to you on Saturday.

Maybe, maybe not. I am waiting now for another Bush DVD bathch and it takes a while. When I was Bush DVD member like 1-2 years ago the DVDs were coming fast, why would USPS delay them now and not before?
