Is adultdeals.com a reputable DVD company?

I had a bad experience before with a different DVD company that didn't actually have the merchandise they sold and was slow to provide refunds for discs that never arrived.

Just wanted to check with you all before I order something from them.

Well okay here is the rundown on Adult deals. First that is the name on one of their websites and they sell under a wide range of names on sites such as discountdvd on ADM, a slew of others when EBAY allowed adult sales and they also have one called adultdvd.com. Buying on their self run websites such as adultdvd or adultdeals will mean super fast shipping no doubt but they do not respond well at all with what they call backorders as its noted on the packing slip you get but no time line on when or if they will come in. Most times you get only a credit code to buy something else equal to the price of what is not shipped and the shipping charge for that item or items. Ordering older oop and rare titles is a crapshoot as you will get many DVDrs with obvious copied artwork and not even thick but like printing paper quality. They will say they did not know about that because its not opened but looking you can see 100% bogus and the shrinkwrap is the old video store PVC which is that cheap hard cracking wrap. They had so many complaints on that they started to list these as "out of print" and made ordering easier in that those you would know were bogus copies but they stopped doing that when these items started not to sell and they were "getting" more of these. Some lines like Evil Angel, Jules Jordan no problems but many such as Anabolic, Zane, Pleasure etc you will almost likely get the cheapo "authorized" version which is code for DVD-R. Whether someone is authorized to make copies of DVDs that are out of print I suggest asking the company or longtime sellers who would know better as some lines like Multimedia and Coast to Coast did go that route toward the end of their lifespans. Brand new titles are 100 % usually legit but I have gotten Brazzers,Dog Fart and Blacks on Blondes to name a few that were flat out bootlegs as new releases from these companies are not DVD'R's from the getgo or ever. Companies like Perv City, West Coast and Spizoo are all doing that VOD style and they are cheap and want to save I would guess a quarter 25 cents per disc that is their choice but I will not buy something cheaply made when I can do better at home(though not suggesting anyone should).

Ordering from their discountdvd moniker on ADM at least lets you have some recourse about getting refunds on stuff not shipped and or heinous copies. ADM does try to make sure their customers are treated well that way but its not perfect and some have said that feedback is not being highlighted like it was or even deleted by the site holders as the amount of sellers on there are dwindling for bigger sellers that carry most lines versus the person at home looking to cash in on rare stuff or just to get money for stuff they do not want anymore. And prices have skyrocketed as the few big sellers now have little competition and are raising their prices dramatically thus insuring a bad ending for everyone.

Sorry to be so long but wanted to give a thorough analysis as I have bought many great stuff from adult dvd and adultdeals but I have also gotten hosed on a lot of items too and been out the money even when trying to charge back on credit cards...they have a hard time understanding that you got a bootleg DVD of Yo Quiero Taco Smell even with photos and deny the dispute. Great prices there, super fast shipping the best really but lousy customer service and they despise emailing folks back period. Why that is, I have not a clue? Hope that helps some.
