Thanks everyone. I managed to find out based on that male actor that the pic is from blonde buster 2 although i don't know the exact name from the cast list
(Barbara, Daniella Schiffer, Evelin, Cindy Wilson, Carol (i)) Any ideas ?

It is Daniella Schiffer ... The movie as you mentioned is Blonde Buster 2. Both Volumes were pretty good.
