.Most traditional db "objects" don't allow multiple versions of scenes. Data18 can list multiple movies for a scene, but I've never seen multiple studios. IAFD lists alternative titles on the scene/movie page and sometimes points to a "webscene" object/page when a scene is reused by a different studio/movie distributor, but this link is in my experience unidirectional, so you would need to find the right page to even know the scene is duplicated. I believe you can find some ManyVids scene on IAFD.
That being said, your best bet is perhaps the use of ThePornDB and/or Stash DB (both legitimate, unless mods have a different opinion). ThePornDB uses automatic scrappers (mistake-prone) and it's easy enough to use its API. Some ManyVids channels are there, and the listed performers on those scenes will be incomplete. However, their scrappers get the description and the titles, so with a bit of luck you can query the db to better success. I'm sure one could ask the owners to sweep missing ManyVids channel. You would have to manually filter multiple versions, but you could code a simple API tool to make the process easier. That's what I did for my own "db".
I also feel like more and more creators are added to Porn Box every day, perhaps to use Porn Box's more tolerant payment processor, and the tagging is generally much more thorough (all performers listed, mainly). ThePornDB scrapes pretty much every Porn Box entry, but you would have to manually match the Porn Box version(s) to its relevant ManyVids version(s) if you want to remove duplicates.
Regarding StashDB, they outright state they don't want fan sites and restrict clip store scenes to one version, but since the tagging is manual, it is both accurate and exhaustive per scene. So you can have a final sweep there to make sure they don't have something you don't.
