Talking about "Aline",
to be honest, I don't have any ideas :
"Is that "Aline" male or female ?"

My initial guess is female. Hope I'm not wrong!

PS. EroDVD.nl is my main supplier for all my Private DVDs.

They are awesome, I think they go even BEYOND what are commonly accepted as excellent customer service standards. I've never been so well treated by a mail order company and I do a lot of ordering over the web (not only limited to adult DVDs) .

Aline deserves an award for "best customer service"!

Thank you all for the complements about our service.
We are very happy that most customers are satisfied.
It`s our work, so we will doing our best to keep you satisfied also in the future.
It`s not always easy because of those custom checks but we will send again for free if they did grab your order.
By the way, I am a female and run two internetsites and a shop together with my brother Gerti.
If some of you have time come over to Almelo the please do.It would be nice to meet you. I can also show you then our Shop and our Wholesale section. I am sure you will not believe your eyes how many DVD`s we have in store.
Now I have to stop writing here because business must going on, but I would just like to let you know that I am very happy with these comments.

Always nice to see a few posts noting a good experience with a retailer rather then -just- seeing the complaints..

For what it's worth, I've had good experiences with erodvd in the past also.
