Michaels, Mr. Marcus, and Tony Tedeschi Running Time: 1:41 Format: Single Sided, Single Layer DVD Features: Full-motion chapter selection menu, 30-picture photo gallery, and 4.5 minutes of behind-the-scenes footage The First Word: Wet Dreams 2 isn't going to cause many--it's your average, run of the mill, gonzo title with only one scene that grabs my attention. Plot Synopsis: No plot, just short setups to introduce the sex. It's billed as the fantasies of "porn's nastiest women," even though that premise only seems to apply to the first segment with Shayla LaVeaux. The other scenes are with relative unknown girls and don't really have much "fantasy" or "nastiness" in them. The titled segments are: "The Pool Girl" with Shayla and Billy Glide, "Erotic Lagoon" with Oliva Del Rio and Clive Phoenix, "Alley Cats" with Roxanne Hall, J.J. Michaels, and Mr. Marcus, "Casual Sex" with Laura Palmer, Randi Rage, and Tony Tedeschi (who needs to wash and cut his greasy hair!), and "Gun Fucking" with Coralie and John Decker. Notable Performances: "Pool Girl" -- although I thought there wasn't much chemistry in this scene and that it lacked heat through most of it, Shayla gives an energetic blowjob to a well-hung Billy Gilde. One of my turn-ons is oral sex involving pretty women and guys who are big and can stay hard, so it was a tolerable scene. "Erotic Lagoon" was another sleeper, but it ends with a pretty decent facial cumshot. I thought I would really like "Alley Cats" with two of my favorite stars, Roxanne Hall and Mr. Marcus, but the sparks weren't there and the result is a rather mechanical three-way. But what takes the cake in Wet Dreams 2 is the "Gun Fucking" scene with newcomer Coralie. No, she doesn't actually fuck a gun, but this fantasy is set in a firing range. The scene starts out with Coralie doing some target practice. When the action starts, she rubs the pistol over her body and gives it a quick blowjob for good measure. I'm sure there's some Freudian relationship here, but it sure is hot. Eventually, she starts shooting at targets again--while John Decker is taking her from behind. I imagine that must be like trying to pat your head and rub your stomach at the same time! Finally, this fetish scene ends with Coralie alternating attention between the gun barrel and Decker's softening barrel. I await clips of this to appear in the next NRA recruiting video! Dislikes: Several boring sex scenes, cheesy techno music, a couple of scenes with weak cumshots, and high silicone content with two notable exceptions (Roxanne Hall and Coralie). DVD Notes: First off, I have to say that Digital Playground has one of the coolest studio intro sequences, adult or otherwise. The cool spinning horse graphic matched with Dolby 5.1 audio rivals MGM's roaring lion DVD intro. The soundtrack itself was also in surround, not just in Dolby Stereo like everyone else. The larger slide show and behind-the-scenes outtakes were nice additions, although there's nothing really special about them (no hilarious or enlightening moments). On the downside, it's a tape to digital transfer, which you can tell by the occasional tape dropout (a momentary horizontal distortion bar that appears across the screen). Fortunately, it's not distracting and happens only a couple of times. If there are any other problems with the video quality, it's because of the original videotape quality, not the transfer. The Last Word: I watched all of the sex scenes, except for the last one, on x2 speed because they were pretty boring to me. The gun scene with Coralie was the best of the bunch and appealing whether you're an NRA member or not. But I'm not sure if this DVD is worth picking up just for that scene.
