And if a woman who tends to be bigger truly wants to be thin, I guess that's her thing. My problem is when people call them fat when they're 5' 8" and weigh 145 pounds. That's not fat. Roseanne Barr is fat. This whole BMI thing is a load of horseshit. If a girl looks good thin, fine. Very few women really look better with no fat. The problem we have is that women hear you calling them fat because they weigh 130 pounds and they go and get all the fat sucked out of their ass and hips and then they look truly strange. I'm saying that eating has become a bad habit, not just a necessesity and pleasure. Then people wonder why they gain weight. I wasn't fully serious about the 'one meal + water' diet, but in warm climates eating less and drinking more is beneficial for many reasons, that's just common sense. I'm so confused, since when did it become bad to stay in shape? When did people give up on it and embrace hedonism and nihilism? [Link]

As a woman and a medical student, Gunzo was wrong and the BMI minimum hasn't been raised, a doctor wouldnt tell a 18% chick to gain weight if she was petite and active, and its actually been clinically proven that an extra 10 lbs or so can keep you from getting sick and it reduces stress on your body(I'm talking a 5'5'' lady that weighs 140 not 125). Also, they only advise adults to keep their waists under 35 inches, which is obviously to big and unhealthy. Anyways,some of the girls in porn are too thin, and we ladies always feel pressure to be not just healthy but skinny. lets not forget cameras make you look bigger, and a lot of these women are scary skinny in real life. As long as they don't look unhealthy. I used to be really turned off by a tight stomach and obvious abs on a female but for whatever reason, I just started enjoying them.
