I think I even had a "quad" once (with yet a fourth typo/aka attached to the scene itself).

The name Richard Demontfort is also listed in the ADT price search. I suspect that these are all the same guy, but I don't have formal proof. I even saw the name listed one way in the credits and another way on the DVD cover of a movie that I reviewed (Asian Sex Objects). (Edited to add: The DVD cover uses De Monfort and the credits use Monfort). If no one here is certain, I could ask on one of the other forums.
