Personally, I wouldn't sell this someone any material unless it was within the scope of what the performer(s) and I agreed to at the time the shoot was made. All those accidents (provided they are accidents and not done on purpose) are what is known as bloopers. The key question is 'knowingly'. The reason nearly all companies avoid it like the plague is that a shitload of U.S. distributors will not take product with shit oozing out.
