Probably, this is because of the industry-wide hold on shooting a couple of weeks ago. Sites like RK and Brazzers have to shoot a bunch of scenes every single week just to keep up with their update schedule. So even a short pause on shooting can cause them to pull out some older scenes that they never released. [Link]
