I'm wager a bet that you saw a scene from 'Blumpkin Blowjobs 1.' There were three in the series. The term 'blumpkin' specifically means the act of a girl fellating a guy while he's defecating on the toilet. These are from Lethal Hardcore and all three DVDs appear to be available for download from their site. ^ I'm glad I could help. I'm not aware of any others and I searched 'blumpkin' on IAFD. The only listings were for the three from Lethal Hardcore. The male-going-down-on-a-woman version may be more difficult to find since the term 'blumpkin' is gender specific as far as I know and I don't know if there is a word for when the guy is going down. A Google search might turn up something.
