It's like a rape fantasy and i read online many guys have this and it is perfectly normal. There is also a site called ripherup.com and it shows videos of guy/girl doing scenes for it where the guy rips her clothes off in these scenes. Is it bad that i fantasize too much about this? When i watch those videos, the thought of ripping a girl's clothes off makes me feel so horny. That site even has a message like have you ever felt ripping the clothes off of a hot girl and that just really turns me on. Just wondering if its really bad to have a fetish like this. [Link] |

He likes bras and panties so he comes in, buys about 4-5 cheap $20 sets and his partner wears them for him. The whole rape thing is a touchy subject. Some women fantasize about it too but considering that about 1 in 6 American women have experienced a real sexual assult at one time or another in her life, you gotta be real careful with that, ya know? It becomes a bad thing when you can't seperate the fantasy with reality. |

| Breeze Member One Smokin Hot Chic 532 Posts 11/08 | It took us a while to get to the level where I thought she would be comfortable with me just ripping her clothes off, it started out with me just pulling her pants down but not off when I fucked her. Communication goes a long way, if this is something you are interested in ASK HER how she would feel if you just ripped her clothes off and see what she says. TELL HER it is something you'd like to do and let her know to bring some spare clothes because whatever she wears to see you might end up in the trash. The sound of tearing cloth is both exciting and invigorating, the first time is priceless. I have found that there are two things that turn a woman on about tearing her clothes off, the first being that you WANT HER so badly you can't even take the time to strip and the second is that you are so strong to be able to. IMO this has nothing to do with rape, just ravishing a woman who actually wants to be ravished. |
| SexShopGrl Member F is for Forty and Fabulous! 940 Posts 5/11 | For example, I dont like jump ropes being put around my neck and dragged back behind the bushes where my clothes might be ripped off because I'm one of the one in six. That might sound like fun to some women, but not me. NO BONDAGE NO RIPPED CLOTHES NO FAKE RAPE FOR ME. I've had the real thing, no fun, no thank you. If you're into it, knock yourself out, buddy. But protect yourself AND your partner by making sure it's consentual. I know it takes some of the spontaneity out of it but better that than getting slapped with rape charges. And Seed, I think you are trying to bait me. But I really dont care if you are deactivated. As a matter of fact, I would LOVE to see you get deactivated even if it means I do as well. It's not like I'm trying but it's not like I'm a well established member either. So who gives a fuck? Mock and play devil's advocate all you want. When someone you love becomes one of the one in six, you won't be laughing for long. But here's the skinny...... Those rape statistics come from RAINN and The US Department of Justice National Crime Statistics Survey. So it's not like some condom company that's trying to sell something came up with those numbers. I get so sick of all the REAL rape myths. Fact.... Rape has NOTHING to do with sex, dirty or otherwise. It's about control and rage. Because your genitals are probably the most private part of a person's body, that's the easiest and most devastating way to violate them. The soul is murdered while the body survives. Why do you think it's used in warfare even to this day? It's also fits the definition of terrorism. Fact... Sexual assult IS one of the most UNDER reported violent crimes in the US and around the world. In my dealings with RAINN and my local victims advocacy group, I found that a good portion of the women I couseled and advised don't report at all because of the shame and humiliation they know will come with it. There is also a problem with law enforcement downplaying their own statistics. Because let's face it, are you going to move into a neighborhood where violent crime is a problem? So if anything, those numbers should actually be greater. I was 12 (raped by a 14 year old neighbor boy)when it happened to me and I never reported. I never told a single soul for 18 years but dont think for one second that it didn't haunt me. I once had a co-worker I disclosed to say she didnt know I was a victim. I asked her what a victim was supposed to look like. Do I say this to get people to feel sorry for me? No,because I worked through that shit. That's why it's so easy for me to talk about it now. It changed my life forever and I will never "get over it" but I have moved on. Maybe I should have thought about all the attention I could have had. The hours-long grueling, humiliating rape exam, having graphic photos taken of the bite marks on my breasts,my black eye, my skinned knees and hands. Being interrogated by police as if I were the criminal and then seeing my rapist be put away until he was 18(because in my state that was all he would have received) IF he was even convicted. I dug skin from under my nails that belonged to him. They didnt have DNA back then but even now the back log is so far behind that rapist go free due to statute limits before DNA matches can even be made. Sounds like fun, huh? But to answer you're question. It really goes both ways. 1 in 13 men are raped in the US (that doesn't include prison rape)and yet the other night my girlfriend was getting into a 3-way with her b/f and another guy friend. The guys did some bi shit before getting into an argument later that resulted in her b/f being arrested for domestic violence. Now all the sudden everyone knows the b/f is bi and all the sudden it's rape. He actually wants her to testify against his "assailant." She told him to fuck off. So yeah it happens and when it does people are prosecuted for filing false reports just like with any other crime. I find in my experience with false reports, they usually cave under the pressure and confess they lied. And sometimes the ones that arent lying confess as well just to make it stop. Native American and Native Alaskan women have the highest rate. Does that mean they lie more too? Another problem is that some think that a person that says nothing must be consenting. Let me tell ya fellas, no might mean no but silence doesn't mean yes. I never once screamed while I was being raped because until it actually happened, up to the point he had my clothes off, I thought my rapist was joking with me. I grew up with him, I trusted him enough to walk me home. I said, "You're hurting me" before he punched me in the face. Then again what do I know? I'm just an activist, victim's advocate and survivor. BUT, if you think you dont know anyone who's been sexually assulted, then someone isn't telling you something. Why? Is it because they're afraid to hear you call them a liar? Is it because they dont trust you enough not to consider them damaged goods like they do in other countries like India or Saudi Arabia or Africa? Or maybe you once said something that would make them think you won't believe them or think they deserved it. My father made a comment one time-ONE TIME. When I was raped that comment was the first thing I thought of. That was the one and only reason I didnt report. I told my parents I wrecked my bike. I wasn't even riding my bike. Turned out later, I was his first but not his last. He raped another girl on the pool table in her basement and his six year old sister when he was 16. They sent him to a boys school until he was 18. I will regret not reporting for the rest of my life. But then again, I was only 12. The biggest rape myth of all is "It will never happen to me." |

| SexShopGrl Member F is for Forty and Fabulous! 940 Posts 5/11 | So what would my rapist say? Who would he blame? It does't matter to me because in my life, I have also seen my friends, my family, my loved ones go through painful things, tolerate horrible abuse. And you know something? NONE of them ever raped anyone!! My husband's father was a raging alcoholic but he's not. So a person can choose to break those patterns. But for cowards it's always easier to point fingers. Most rapists point fingers. Are you pickin up what I'm layin down? LOL! I am high as a kite right now and lettin it all hang out and we are gettin way off topic! Blame it on porn, drugs, your priest touching you. It doesn't fucking matter. It was still the rapist's choice. I know that I grew up in a suburban, blue collar town. My father was a carpenter, his, a regional manager for a national resturaunt chain. My mother a medical sec and his a waitress. It was a blended family with him and his brother, the mother's daughter and two babies from that marriage.Altogether 5 children in the home. My parents were married until death parted and I have one brother. He was 18 at the time and we are VERY close. It was the summer before I went to junior high and brother's senior year. I was friends with his entire family and would often be taken with them as a guest to other family outings. I spent the night. Played at their house. We used to ride our big wheels and pretend we were the Dukes of Hazzard. We truly grew up together. In a perfect world be could have been my prom date. He was no one that i had any reason to fear what-so-ever. He was a good head taller than I was and probably outweighed me by 40-50lbs. I didn't make it easy. What was his excuse? It can only be an excuse because there cannot possibly be a legitimate reason. Oh sure his dad probably had a few Playboys or maybe a porno here or there. But sex was never flaunted at his house. I remember our mothers making a few blue jokes while they tittered over their coffee. But when people in general blame things like that on porn or our society's view on women, it makes me sick! To hear Ted Bundy claim that was his reason.....I wanted to throw a brick through the Tv!! And what does that get us? It brings down law after stupid fucking law that restrict consenting adults. It brings Big Brother into our bedrooms. It makes Americans look like uptight fuck nuggets who have nothing better to do that worry about what the couple accross the street are doing and making our children ashamed of their own sexuality. Which when you think about sex on a religious level, it's the ONE thing we KNOW we can say God wants us to do. Another thing........."Porn is just legal form of protitution aand degrades women." I love that one. Sorry I derailed your thread, mister! Edited by - SexShopGrl on 7/10/2011 4:24:32 AM |
| seedfeeder Member My balls are full, who's hungry? 716 Posts 4/09 | In the end, I would surmise that any rape statistics have little chance of being accurate. But I do think the one thing (unreported rapes) happen more often than the other (fake rape reports to save face or some other reason). So it is likely IMO that the statistics are worse (where women are the victims) than reported. And no reason to be hateful :) |
| Hardware All-Star Member Your other left 14595 Posts 3/02 | I suspect that the vast majority of rape is about getting even, though. Else, why male-on-male rape in prisons? I don't believe these guys magically turned gay. Unfortunately, the perp is getting even through transference - the rapist isn't strong enough to get even with whoever wronged him, or whoever wronged him is out of reach for whatever reason, so he has to find somebody else to take the place of that person. So, why use sexual assault? Why not just beat the crap out of somebody? Well, that happens, too, but, assuming that it isn't simply sexual assault begetting sexual assault (and I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lot of that), rape kills two birds with one stone. It relieves the pressure of one's sex drive, at the same time it gives relief from whatever negative emotions the perp is experiencing. |

| SexShopGrl Member F is for Forty and Fabulous! 940 Posts 5/11 | As I said I hate to derail the topic but in a way it does kind of fit the question about rape fantasy a little. So, I hope nobody gets pissy about it. I mean, I figure knowledge is power and if talking about all this helps keep you guys from making a mistake that might cause you serious problems then I'm willing to share what I know. If you read about serial rapists you will find that many times they do it as a way to gain control and dominance over something. But it's completely about him. And I say "him" because statistically the perps are usually white men in their 30's. Sometimes they are married or have girlfriends and in a few cases their wives actually helped them. It has nothing to do with reality but more with their idea of something in their lives being "out of their control." Many of them will pick a "type" (just like a serial killer) and they will use an MO that ensures them they will have control. That is why you see it happen little girls and old women both. They go for the victim they can control and get the upper hand on. If they like the fight they'll go for someone young. Some plan the whole thing, others don't. When it happened to me it was spur of the moment. We were walking home, we cut through his back yard, he found a piece of jump rope his dog had chewed. It still had an orange plasticc handle on it. He was a few steps behind me and made a joke about the rope still being good for midgets and asked if I knew what else they were good for, I turned to laugh and saw his face and I knew something was wrong. It was just a look he had, like he was excited and scared at the same time. He had the rope around my neck in a split second and said, "They're for strangling little girls like you." The next thing I knew, I was fighting for my life. He was literally in his own back yard. I managed to get away when his little brother (I think he was about 4) came outside for something. With your 'average" rape, most rapes statistically occur in the home of a friend or relative and are committed by someone the victim knows or is aquainted with. Typically stanger rapes in parking lots or dark alley are rare. They do happen but because rapists want that control, they usually choose a location where they know for certain they will have it. One of the other girls I couseled with was in her apartment sleeping after a night of celebrating the passing of a blue stick test. Her husband had dozed in front of the TV and when "he" woke her in the morning with sex, she wasnt surprised(she thought he was trying to make up for passing out on her).....until he came up for air and she realized it was the guy that lived accross the courtyard. She had never talked to him, just waved hi at the mail box. But he decided to slip in through the patio door and rape her. Sounds like a bad episode of Melrose Place doesn't it? His excuse in court? It was a misunderstanding. The point of that, is they can be as bold as brass about or violent as hell. But in reality they're all cowards. Prison rape on the other hand is a whole other ball of wax and it's one that is strictly for dominance. Think about it like this....you're a dog in a cage with a whole bunch of other dogs. What do you think is gonna happen? They'll be some fightin and some unwanted humping. Prison is the same way. Does that excuse it? No, because we are people not dogs, and we should know better. Most victims of prison rapes are not other rapists and pedophiles like we might think. They are typically you're younger, smaller, first time or non-violent offenders. Drug dealers, thieves, the stupid junkies that get caught on something stupid and the judge sends them up to "scare" them. Even the rapes that do happen in prison for revenge or vandettas are about establishing dominance. Most guys in prison that rape or engage in homosexual behavior, do it for that reason. When they leave they go right back to women. In women's prison it's the same way only when they engage in homosexuality it's more for "spousal" part of it. Consentual sex makes a person feel cared for and that's usually what they're going for. They'll even claim their lovers as their "prison wives." And when they get out, they typically go back to their men. Anytime a man is raped there is a huge stigma attached to it just like with women. With us, it's more like people fall into two camps.... 1. They blame the victim. (That's what she gets for dressing like that....she shouldnt have been in that neighborhood.....that's what she gets for getting drunk at a frat party, ect, ect after revolting ect) or 2. They pity us, vowing revenge and all kinds of other shit we really don't need from them other than just someone to vent or cry with us. Now there is that damaged goods group too but that's more of a world wide thing. In India women can be forced to marry their rapist and in some other countries they are killed. With men, totally different. Men usually have all the shame and humiliation we do but on top of that men have been taught big boys have to be tough, big boys don't cry, big boys dont let other big boys get their butt and if they do they are pussies. That is why most of them do not report. It doesn't mean they dont go through the PTSD or have the same feelings about it we do and it certainly doesn't mean they enjoyed it or that it wasn't as brutal. Boys are taught the younger they are when they first experience sex the more braggin rights they have. I mean a perfect example of that....look at how boys are treated when they have an affair with a teacher in comparison with girls. The girl's a slut, the boy is a hero. AND THAT is another reason people blame all the bad shit in our society on porn. Let's face it how many porns have you all watched of "My step daddy fucks me" or "My teacher's a slut" and were turned on by it. Does that make you some kind of deviant? Not as long as you're not watching real child porn and don't actually act on it by trying the real thing. But as soon as you do, just blame it on the porn. I do know of some people that have kinda made a way of having their fantasies realized by staging "stranger rape." I dont know how I feel about it. Essentially it IS consentual. The guys I know who do this have things set up between themselves and their prospective parter so that he meets her once, they discuss a few details. She knows it's coming but not when or where and he finds her and rapes her. It's usually followed by INTENSE emotional stuff. They don't tape themselves, it's private to them. And one guy even had a couple ladies that had been raped and did this in an attempt to come to terms with it and empower themselves. Whatever their reasons, they get their needs met. And you justhave to take my word, these are good guys. Seed, you havent seen me get hateful yet. I do come by my Scot-Irish temper natually, ya know. But if you're tone was taken out of context, I apologise. |
| seedfeeder Member My balls are full, who's hungry? 716 Posts 4/09 | This happened to me once-we were both drunk, had a previous relationship and she was with a new boyfriend who was traveling. I initiated nothing and was just sitting next to her at her house after a party. She started rubbing my leg and crotch, then unzipped me-then went down on me. I never even put my hand on the back of her head-I was trashed and just let her suck me off. When her boyfriend returned-suddenly she changed the story (I'd have thought she'd have just never mentioned it, I didn't and never did to anyone, including her roommates, until after she accused me to 3rd parties) to she was "taken advantage of" because she was drunk. She wasn't well respected-so it didn't severely hurt my reputation for long, but I still thought it was a real scumbag move on her part-I'm just lucky she had a reputation of a liar and so forth. One should never save face at the expense of another, especially in such a low way. It's nothing compared to getting raped by someone, but I was still taken advantage of, slandered and used, all for her bogus image-very selfish of her in my opinion, and downright sleazy. So it does come to my mind when the "rape" discussion ever happens-that's all. I've been a victim of what I talked about. I am not however someone that assumes half the women lie and I think they can wear whatever they want and expect men to behave themselves-maybe they are asking for a cat call here or there and I don't blame men and I do think the woman is encouraging that (a whistle, a honk, etc.) but not to be touched or violated, etc., certainly not-that's bullshit. |
| SexShopGrl Member F is for Forty and Fabulous! 940 Posts 5/11 | It's also hard to step away from. At one point I was so involved it was starting to intrude in my homelife and marriage and my advocacy work wasn't even the force that got me through all that.In junior high I started working with horses and continued until well into high school. Then when I was about 30 I had some other things going on and it all came out again. That's when I enetered couseling and disclosed to my husband who has kown me since I was nine. It was hard but I didnt want him to carry that baggage for me anymore. And as much as I hate to admit it, I made him carry it a long time. I got into a peer couseling type thing where vereran survivors mentor new ones. Through that I was able to volunteer at a country crisis line and Victims Of Violent Crimes. I dealt with a lot more domestic violence and marital rapes than anything else. basically just walking the vics through the process, being there for them, giving them resources on what to do next. Sometimes I'd give them a ride to court or medical appointment related to the crime. I eventually stopped working with crisis lines and county advocacy and now I just do things like this....talk to people when they bring it up and hopefully educate them about it. I figure even that small effort keeps me grounded with it, it still helps victims because people are learning from me. I mean if a guy here with a rape fantasy covers his ass and makes sure everything is on the up and up, he has a good time, his partner is okay with it, that's great because maybe he prevented himself from being falsely accused in some way. Or maybe his partner is a survivor and this topic helps him learn how to help her/him cope with what happened. That's all I care about, that people stop and think for a second to protect themsleves and maybe stop hurting each other. I believe we are all better off when people are completely upfront with each other. I mean I had this friend once that I was pretty tight with. He had this old Duster we used to call The Ruster with a bumper sticker that said "Gas, grass or ass. No one rides for free." It was blue,or at least the unrusty parts were. And I have no idea what year it was made but we were driving it in 1987. So he came to pick me up one day and I handed him a fiver (back then gas was @ .79 cents!!!!!). He says, "What's this for?" I said, "Well, the sticker says gas, grass or ass. I don't have any grass, you're not getting any ass so here's your money for some gas cause I don't think you want me to fart in your sweet hoopty. Now crank up the Zepplin and let's blaze." He blinked a couple times and smiled but he knew he wasn't gettin laid. Not by me anyway. I have no idea if he would have even tried. But by being straight up with him from the get go, he knew it wasn't gonna happen. Do you know that by my own choice I didn't have sex for the first time until I was 17? It's kinda strange because most times when something happens to a girl that young they do tend to be more promiscuous. It becomes a control thing for victims too I guess. I figured I either kept it blocked out in some way. I know the horses helped BIG TIME. I am an outdoors woman and would go to bow tournaments, fly fishing trip and hiked the hills of southern Ohio and Tennessee with my father and brother. I'm also into the arts so I was studying dance and won aditions and parts in local childrens dance comapnies. I took gymnastics. AND (and here's where you'll laugh) I EVEN went to bible camp for two weeks every summer. I write and was always involved in stuff at school that was artsy. So maybe by being so active I buried it for so long. Who knows but I'm past all that now. It will always be a part of me just like all the other things in my life but I don't think I ever allowed it to define me and I never will. Because then he wins. |
| Hardware All-Star Member Your other left 14595 Posts 3/02 | Unfortunately, I got in too late to know if they volunteered for the program. Anyway, these men weren't allowed to speak to each other at any time, and all they did besides eat, sleep and use the john was sit on prayer mats and meditate with their eyes closed. The leader (not an inmate) would occasionally play a tape of a Buddhist chant, or instruct them on meditation technique, but they spent almost their entire day in silence, alone with their thoughts and memories. Those ten days, with nothing to distract their minds, let all of the bad things they'd been avoiding, rationalizing and denying come up into their consciousness. There was nowhere to run, and nothing to do except face who they were and what they had done with their lives. While the program focused on only a few individuals, the results seemed impressive. All of the men spoke of being at peace with their demons and their situation, some for the first time in their lives. They were dedicated to carry on their program of meditation. All this one might expect from any good con, but their guards attested to the fact that they had quit their bad associations and habits, and were practicing their meditations religiously. They even continued to do so when the warden ordered the program be stop, due to pressure from the local Baptist ministers, who were scandalized by this departure from Christian orthodoxy. So, it seems that confronting one's inner demons really can bring about a change of heart. |
| SexShopGrl Member F is for Forty and Fabulous! 940 Posts 5/11 | I personally embrace Deism now. Thanks for the kudos Dude. Believe me when I say it took me a long ass time to get to the point I am today. As far as laws go...I think they should pass legislation that allow victims to make sentencing reccomendations like juries do. Half the time they don't even get to give an impact statement like they do in murder trial because "they might get too emotional in front of the jury". Some might be against the death penalty and they shouldnt have to be victimized by the guilt of knowing their perp will die because of what happened to them. With my idea they could reccomend the law allows. If the max is 20 to life, the victim could reccomend that if she/he wanted. I believe in the death penalty in certain cases. I would rather see a rapist rot forever behind bars than to kill him off too quickly. But then again as harsh as prison can be, I think we should go back to the old school peniteniaries where prisoners actually suffered. I got a little revenge a few years ago before my mother died. I ran into my perp one day at a local festival(in Ohio there is always a fest somewhere) and he was with his wife and kids. So I pretended to be all happy to see an old friend. It's not like I ran up hugging him or anything it's was more like, "Well, I'll be damned. How the hell are ya? How's you're mom and dad? blah blah blah...." His wife went to go look at something and I changed. Now if you knew me you would know that's how I work. I can be so sweet butter wouldnt melt or I can be a very vindictive bitch complete with ruby slippers and flying monkeys. So, I asked him how he liked being a father and husband. "Oh yeah? Great! I wonder what your wife would say if she knew about what you really are. I wonder if she might hide your daughters." You should have seen the look on his face. I just turned around and walked away. | seedfeeder Member My balls are full, who's hungry? 716 Posts 4/09 | I myself practice Buddhism at times-and the above read was interesting as it is not a religion. It is a philosophy of awakening the true self from within. So technically I am atheist, but if I was going to be a theist, I'd be a deist as they are the only ones with a belief that isn't destroyed by Scientific discoveries. Truth is. It doesn't change day to day, or century to century. Every theist belief has had to adopt to science, back peddle, change stories and so forth to avoid looking completely idiotic. Most gods live out of suit cases if you pay close attention. Deism is the only exception to this, due to its simple principles that generally avoid a god completely after creation. Good stuff SSG-maybe were kindred spirits.... it would explain the immediate sparks :) I think now that we've cut each other up a bit, we could be good friends and stir things up together lol. |
| SexShopGrl Member F is for Forty and Fabulous! 940 Posts 5/11 | I'm not real well schooled on Bhudism but I admin at an occultists website and we have members that are so I have a quetion about it, it's nice to have someone to answer. As a Deist I always try to be as tolerant as I can to other religions. We beleive in learning and sharing knowledge and by being that way I've found I can enrich my life from a cultural standpoint too. I guess you could say I'm a recovering southern baptist. I think when I was growing up my parents were active in church more for the social part of honoring God. I think they both felt the need to worship with others and they just happened to pick a southern baptist church to do it in because my parents views on God are more deistic than christian. My dad is a Master Mason(York Rite I believe)even though it was frowned on by the Southern Baptist Convention. Funny huh? I blame it on my love of science and nature and and just really believing there is something else out there watching. I don't pretend to understand what that something might be so I choose to call it God. I'm a big fan of Thomas Paine and have read The Age of Reason many times. But itt was his booklet series called The Crisis (now known as Common Sense)that really pushed the American Revolution. I'm a big time 18th century history buff especially when it pertains to the French and Indian War and The American Revolution. I think my spiritual beliefs are also what makes me so open about human sexuality. I mean it's like I said previously, it's the one thing we know for certain God wants us to do. And I'm thanking him everytime I have sex for making it so much fun. That's why I scream his name so much! LOL! Not many other species out of the billions we share this planet with can claim that. You mean like partners in crime? Hmmmmm.....the cogs are turning...again. Edited by - SexShopGrl on 7/11/2011 9:13:55 PM Edited by - SexShopGrl on 7/11/2011 9:16:03 PM |

When "Creator" is referred to in the Declaration of Independence, or Washington mentions "Divine Providence" or other phrases like "The Natural God" and "Nature's God" are mentioned, it is the Deist God they are referring to, also known as "The Great Architect". Many just assume it is the Jesus-Jehovah sandwich which is quite ironic as the Revolution was all about running from the bloody shores created by Christian theocracies eh. People ignore the true history of our beginning. No question the Pilgrims (pioneers) were Christian, but the founders and most important men at the formation of the USA were in fact Deists. It should be quite obvious... since Jesus is not mentioned ONCE in the Constitution, nor in the Declaration... yet the ignorant try to claim us to be a "Christian Nation". The majority of the nation (people) might be Christian, but the Nation-State (the acual entity called the USA)is neutral toward religion and thus not in any way a Christian nation. And it is indeed a violation of Amendment 1 to place "in god we trust" on our fiat money. Just as blue laws (no business on Sundays) were un-Constitutional... yet remained until some Jews challenged them. Anyway, nice to meet a fellow patriot and fan of the father of the Revolution! What was your question/s about Buddhism? |

For years I worked as a contract dental assistant for the US Air Force. I had this Lt Col I worked with that was arguing the whole "one nation under God" thing. He's a very conservative republican and "Christian." so it turned into a "this is a Christian nation" thing and I informed him about the constitution and the fact that that phrase wasnt added to the pledge (which I refuse to say because of this) until the 1956 by Eisenhower. He didnt believe me. I made him Google it. In God We Trust and One Nation Under God are nothing more than crappy legislation enacted because of the red scare. The Crisis as I said was written as a series of pamphlets anonymously by Paine to rally people for the cause and get them pissed off enough to do something. Common Sense was the original call to arms but if you buy a copy it usually has The Crisis pamphlets too. The British called it propoganda but they were passed around and spread out all up and down New England. You can read it yourself at ushistory.org/paine He was a corseter's apprentice, a sailor, a tax collector (of all things) and he failed at all of them. He wrote The Age Of Reason in a French prison. He died penniless and friendless in NY and no one even knows where he was buried. The thing about the question was a typo. If I had a question I'm lucky enough to know a few Buddhists who can answer. Wow we have really gotten off topic here. I hope the Mod's dont send the Jehova's Witnesses after us. Edited by - SexShopGrl on 7/12/2011 12:02:52 AM |

EDIT: And the true American Motto was "Mind Your Business", not "in god we trust"... the latter is so UnAmerican... and lame frankly. And some argue that while these things were done under the guise of fighting communism... that McCarthy's war was really one against atheism. Edited by - seedfeeder on 7/12/2011 6:14:42 AM |

We both drive each other totally wild on a mental and physical aspect, more mental I think. We do talk a lot, she has her stuff going on and I have my stuff going on. But the minute we see each other it's gonna be ON. If she ends up waiting for me she is going to tear my clothes off as fast as she can and vice versa. I wear a uniform for work and she simply wants to pop all my buttons off and attack me like a bloodthirsty shark. I am cool with that, but I get sweaty at work and like to take a shower before any intimate relations, she says she doesn't care, she get's turned on by a hot and sweaty guy. Crazy stuff So where is the thread about Ripping a guys clothing off? Seriously, why is this gender orientated? |
