What happened to this series? I thought it was pretty good, especially volumes one and two. The last title of this series, Straight To The A 4, was released nearly a year ago, some time in April of 2003.

I think that they are too busy with other newer endeavors to come back to this "older" line... Butt I loved this series too.

Hey, how's it going,

"Straight to the A" has been stagnate for a while now.

So has "Breakin' Em In", "110% Natural", "7 the Hard Way", "Assault that Ass", "Brand New", "Cum Drippers", "Fill Her Up", "Gangbang", "Raincoater's POV", "Someone's Daughter", "South of the Border", "Swallow My Pride", "White Dicks Black Chicks" and "XXX Road Trip."

I guess RedLight is just kind of losing some continuity. I don't know if they are really abandoning series as much as they are renaming them. Perhaps they threw "Brand New" to the side in favor of "Just Over 18" and "Raincoater's POV" for the new series "Vouyer Vision" and "Multiple POV" and the old "Gangbang" series in favor of "A Group Thing." And with new directors like Jake Malone come new series like "Fuckdolls." They have such a crowded roster over there and can only release so many tapes a month that some series will fall to the side. It is just a question of if they will go back and revive them or not. Anabolic/Diabolic has the same series they have had for a long time now in addition to their new ones like "Teens with Tits" and "No Swallowing Allowed." RedLight just seems to be doing it a bit differently.

I would agree they're renaming some series rather then sticking to the same titles with a sequence of volumes, but in this case, there really isn't a strictly anal only theme available from them in the last year. Granted, many of their titles are anal themed, but there's still plenty of pussy poking going on, unlike the Straight To The A series.

Maybe they ran out of performers who'd do anal-only, or who'd do enough anal for them to cut out the vaginal and make it look like anal-only.

I did love this series too. In regards to renaming, i think its a good idea as I never use to be a fan of the old movies from redlight. I often find myself not buying or renting the older series name movies when they come out. sometimes i don't even click for details on their site.
