I think I have seen on more than one occasion Rocco flushing a chick's head in a toilet. I recalled a scene in one of the film he did with Sandy? Sandy Insatiable (another Evil Angel film), I think. I don't remember whether it was cut or not. But I remember there was a toilet and the girl's head being soaking wet.

That is a Swiss girl called Shalimar aka Letizia Shalimar, Letizia Bizzet, Letizia Zappa and Cheyenne. She was very active in 1995. I haven't seen the Rocco flick in which she gets a "swirlie", but Rocco used to do that in many films in that time period. He also did it to another Swiss actress, Sandy, and IIRC, he also did it to Rebecca Lord. Maybe Gabriel Nine can answer the question about the film title you are looking for.
