I watch mostly gonzo porn so my familiarity with features is nowhere near yours though Nicole Sheridan I know having watched a few Wicked titles. If I watch a feature I want to see a title from that studio as they consistently deliver hardcore sex along with a story. Having said that this was a great year for gonzo/ hardcore porn!! I am really pleased to see NCDA #2 and Sodomy Sandwiches on the list as both were excellent titles released this year. I missed seeing Katsumi on your newbie list and of course Ariana Jollee and Selena Silver, guess they weren't around long enough for this years list? I would've also liked to see Michelle Wild or Monica Sweetheart on the Best Female list as they have really stepped up to the plate this year, Michelle in particular with stunning scenes in Euro Girls Never Say No 1, Crack Her Jack 1, 110% Natural 4, and I forget which but Big Natural Tits. Monica had a great year as well in many titles but I digress!! You have done an overall excellent job of selecting titles, directors, and dvds and I look forward to seeing the results next week at the show!! see you there [Link]

Of the 17 women you listed, I have seen only 4 of them, and each only once. Not exactly a even ratio. I guess there's no point to having a best newbie male category. [Link]

Selena was really close. It was hard because she did come on so late. That means that she's in the same boat Amee was last year and has to be a favorite to be nominated and possibly win next year. It's never easy to narrow anything down like this. It's even harder to pick winners in some categories. Click to expand A new porn viewer....oh that takes me back :-) Guys do tend to pop up more often in movies than new girls do. As for a new guy category....I think it's good for bigger awards, but it takes a while for guys to establish themselves I think. No one really makes a big deal when a guy makes his debut. :-) Thanks for the feedback. With just one exception ( Private for best DVD - surely to be beaten by EA for Fashionistas ) the nominees are all from American productions . I find myself watching mostly European porn recently so I can't help but feel a few names might be left off your list . Then again I've not seen all that many of the American titles that you have in your nominations , so maybe I'm missing out on some great stuff . Again , this is a question not a criticism . :) [Link]

It's not exclusively for American porn and there were some Private titles on there. Other than Private and the Asian stuff I buy, I don't see a lot of out of the States stuff.
