^I think Romi's never been averse to a little cosmetic help. Apart from the various boob-jobs, I think she's also had butt implants. And then there's botox and fillers. Her face has noticeably changed in recent years. That may be ageing, but I think she's been getting various injections etc.

As far as these things go, Romi Rain's not the worst offender. She still looks very good, but she's certainly not aiming for the all-natural, fresh-faced look.
