I am the female half of this now infamous posting couple :) ... I manage an adult store so I can pass this on to you. There is a company called Galaxy entertainment that does rope bondage and has a bunch of vids. They have what you are looking for.

You've got to go to web-based content for this if you want any fucking in the video. Producers/Directors just won't push it in that regard. The few rope bondage videos I've seen, i.e. New Sensations' Bound To Please, are disappointing. The ropes come off before the sex which is counter to the point of it.

Euro-porn isn't squeamish about fucking-while-bound scenes.
But they usually treat the bondage as merely a tool of restraint, with little or no attention paid to the bondage itself.

There are a number of rope bondage sites. Hogtied part of the kink.com stable is just what it says. There is also hardtied.com. Bondage is also used in a number of the other Kink.com sites.
Rachel Roxxx has just done a flick for fuckingdungeon dot com so has Phoenix (with Christian).
Phoenix has also done a flick for strictrestraint dot com which is more like device bondage, no ropes, mainly clamps, the girls say they cannot move in the clamps.
Sexandsubmission uses some rope bondage.

Bondage isn't really about fucking anyway. Especially restrictive bondage. It's more about the needs of the sub to be completely confined and immobilized and the fact that it gratifies the dom to help facilitate this fantasy for the sub. At least that's what I feel that I'm getting from the better stuff that I've seen. Sometimes they use a vibrator or some kind of electrical stimulation but it's mostly about the bondage itself and not really about having sex with each other.
