Based on what I've heard Maxxx is as professional as the standard US agencies, but there isn't a lot of porn work in Canada. Getting work visa to the US for porn can be a hassle (some do it illegally but the major US studios and agencies aren't likely to go for that) and without b/g there just aren't a lot of agencies that'll do it. In today's world it's hard to make it big in b/g. Making it big with only solo and gg is even harder. [Link]
