If you are specifically looking for rape fantasies, those adult films have been outlawed in most countries, and sex in obviously restrictive bondage is also in many countries illegal today.
No producers outside of the Netherlands or Germany or Japan still makes such films and only the Netherlands exports though even there, most resellers are now limiting their exports.
If all you are looking for is "rough sex" you have to be a little more specific as Max Hardcore and JM produce what many consider to be "rough sex"
though as stated their products are under pressure to be classified as obscene and thus illegal here in the USA.

How rough does something need to be to be considered a rape fantasy? I mean off the top of my head I can name two modern made american porn with rape in them. Fuck my Skull with Mika Tan , very first scene, and there are a few other rape scenes in that movie too and Black Gag, I can't remember the scene but it invlves an escaped convict and the girl keeps asking if he's going to kill her.

I can't find anything about that company, save a website that's got a few girls giving blowjobs with toilet seats over their head.

Rape fantasy do NOT have to be "rough". Rape fantasy films are specifically that -- a SCRIPTED film scenario where the target is picked up AGAINST THEIR WILL and then according to the script forced to engaging sex against their will and consent. There are many soft kidnap situations done back from several producers that do not have the target scraming and biting and fighting back against their attackers. But even though these films are NOT "rough" because the person is being held down while the sex is going on the product is deemed as a rape situation and is thus specifically illegal. This is one of the reasons that kink.com NOW puts the actresses and actors who will basically engage in such scenes SPECIFICALLY start and end the sessions with the smiling interview to state that the scene IS a scripted fantasy and they are INTENTIONALLY CHOOSING to engage in this scripted fantasy and despite that specific stating they do NOT specifically show the abduction scene which would still cause them to hauled into court in many jurisdictions for violating the specific count of "showing a person being forced against their will".
Mika's character is not kidnapped in that film nor are her arms bound in such a way that she could not fight off her attacker. So it does NOT qualify as a rape fantasy.
"intimidation" CAN be argued in a real world setting as a rape intent but for a scripted movie it is a little more exact as again these are all actors performing a scene. And again in most legal settings against such films it has to fit that specific legal standing such as in Canada's Moral laws as applicable to adult films and book that basically started with the so called "Fulton Act", the 1949 amendment to the Criminal Code that prohibited the release of "any magazine, periodical, book or other thing in which exclusively or substantially comprises matter depicting pictorially the commission of crimes, real or fictitious".
Even in fantasy, especially adult fantasies (fantasy as they are scripted film settings) because we ARE dealing with real people in real actions (sex) a producer has to careful in dealing with ALL the legal requirements that their product may encounter which at times can be daunting since it seems that EVERY locale jurisdiction is different from its next door neighbor.
But that is just for the topic of rape fantasies. Again that is not the primary point of Monty75 inquiry regarding "rough sex" as again there is a VERY wide difference from what one would call rough and the next person's ideal of that term.

Extreme may be out of the DVD business, but wholesalers are still shipping their product. We just got like 15 Extreme Associates movies in last week including the adorable "cockhounds" (mmmmmmm....worms) and the romantic classic "Cannibal, The Last Supper". You NEVER know what you're going to get when you receive movies in bulk shipments. I think it's "Easy Cheeks" that has the rape scene, and I'm pretty sure the "victim" was Belladonna. I'll have to give it a rent to confirm.

Yeah buyt Monty75 never stated specifically what he wants as "rough sex" beyond "POSSIBLE MMF and even rape fantasies".
MMF is a topic one can relatively still find if they choose to hunt a little bit.
Rape fantasies on the other hand are a big no-no for adult film producers in most countries at the present time, when as recent as six or seven years ago one could find those types of BDSM productions being churned out monthly.
As far as Extreme's "rape" fantasy settings go they are NOTHING compared to many producers who have long since either stopped producing or gone completely out of business as again none of the performers who are performing as the rape victim have someone sit on their arms while the second male performer is plumbing her or having the woman with her hands handcuffed behind her back while the sex is going on while screaming stop stop stop! as those situations are too real (yes if you know where those scenes are from DO NOT mention it as that person can still be prosecuted even though such films are YEARS out of print now).
Black's stuff is relatively tame to most real BDSM producers and horror producers other than for the gross factor which makes most of his films to be considered almost camp a la Troma Entertainment Films (the guys who make the BELOW camp standards ALMOST sex films including "Space Freaks from Planet Mutoid", "Killer Condom", "Touch Me in the Morning" and "Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead" -- yeah yeah like most people I DID enjoy Toxic Avenger 1 -- NOT 2 ,3 or 4) most of these films are almost the same value level of Black's film except Black just shows the actual sex and lowers the so called "horror" level in his films against Troma's.

Rob Black "The nastiest? Probably ... we do a series called "Cocktails" -- it's pretty repugnant. Girls have sex by a couple guys, and the guys and the girl, they have sex with her, and she's giving fellatio and she's hacking up boogies in a bowl. And they're spitting in the bowl. And then she'll think she's vomiting in the bowl, and at the end they come in the bowl. And then she drinks it all down. That's pretty repugnant. (Laughs) Sometimes we do a fellatio line, where the girl's giving fellatio, and she's gagging so much she vomits. ... It's repugnant. It is."

Backdoorman is right about the 70s features where this is much more common: Waterpower, Femmes De Sade, Sex Wish, Farmer's Daughters and Forced Entry are the most extreme. Although I find it hard to believe many would find those scenes a turn on, too realistic I think.
Jake Malone plays with rape fantasy scenarios in Fuck Slaves 2 and Crimes of the Cunt.

Am I personally the individual who determines what the USA and Canada specifically state constitutes
No
But as a clearer and importer and personal consumer of "hard" adult films, I DO interact with such custom regulators who have specifically informed (sometimes at the point of confiscation) what DOES constitute "crime comics", "material directly promoting or endorsing criminal activities" and "abusive content".
Again I have no problem with either the Canadian or USA government importing most mainstream scripted REAL WORLD rape fantasy films including Elizabeth Montgomery's "A Case of Rape" where she SPECIFICALLY AND DIRECTLY SHOWN to be kidnapped in her own home by two attackers, directly intimidate and forced on to her knees and the assaulter unstraps his pants and Montgomery puts her hand on his crotch which was seriously taboo for mainstream film ESPECIALLY when the film was made in 1974! That exact same situation is played out in several adult specific films whereby because that scene is included in a film whereby there is sex happening in a previous scene not the same one whereby the actual rape is foiled the film is considered to meet the condition of "promoting criminal activities" though the Elizabeth Montgomery film DOES show in detail how the attackers planned out their assault and was able to successful implement it.
The same with Farrah Fawcett's award winning "the burning bed" which shows both sides of sadisic abuse of the attacker and the later enpowered former victim.
The same on "Terror Among Us" as it directly shows Ted Shackelford kidnapping, binding, gagging and then ON-CAMERA roughly rubbing his hands (the act of molesting and prelude to the rape act) all over his obviously bound and restricted targets who have painted bruises and blood on them due to their struggling and resisting him. In several rape scenes it is shown the victims twisting and turning tryiong to dislodge Shackelford's character from themselves and screaming through their tapped and gagged mouths as they are next to be attacked. The only thing missing in this film is actually showing the penis going into the vagina and yet there are far far less obvious assault films that have been denied here and in Canada from import as they have met the disignation of being "too real" and "promoting and/or showing criminal acts" despite being an OBVIOUS scripted fantasy and performed by actors and actresses who REHERSE the scenes.
And as most know there is NO problem in importing the notorious "Baise-Moi" EVEN THE UN-CUT version. Heck even onscreen POO eating as shown in "Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma" is permissable as LONG AS IT IS CONSENTUAL in a mainstream story.
And I have almost NO problem in importing hard BDSM play films whereby a person is shown to have his/her back pierced with hooks that will lift them high into the air directly SHOWING THE PIERCING AND HOOKING, the same with knifeplay films where cuts and blood are produced -- BECAUSE these films are CONSENTUALLY made and specifically show the person WILLINGLY to agree to that act. That is NOT the case in rape fantasies.
But the moment the act is FORCED and the victim is clearly shown NOT to be able to realistically resist in a film whereby the content is specifically made for the exact titilation of the viewer rather than to showcase the plight of the repressed (as in most specific adult studio films) THEN that same act that was permissable in the mainstream film is NO LONGER permissable.
>Rob Black "The nastiest? Probably ...
>we do a series called "Cocktails" -- it's pretty repugnant.
Repugnant to the point that the offending matter has no onscreen shock value whatsoever other than those who have never really thought beyond penis to pussy penetration.
Black does NOT do hard BDSM and bondage in order to showcase power over his on-screen targets. He and his partners and film actors do these way over-the-top offenses to the point to showcase how silly the acts are.
By almost everyone standards most of his film would be consider camp in the same way that Troma does for their gore. Ooo look girl gags on cock to the point she is emiting drowning sounds. Oo look head is push into a meat packing machine. There is no power exchagne, no examination of the power of the attacker, it is done solely for the impact feature and even then because it is done so blandly and so disinterested from the rest of the film you can't appreciate it for anything other than its complete absurdity. Minus the complete fantasy situation of a say a living creature disguised as a condom there is little difference seperating Troma and Black in the case of sheer silliness other than Troma does not directly show the actual sexual interaction.
>Reckon Kaufman would think your comparison was amusing?
Only because Black is still under federal legislation for obscenity. Thirty years ago Troma would have been in the same situation for some of its film whereby the sex and gore would have probably landed them in court for the same charge.
But as far as specific on-screen power and situation and well structure abuse stories, Black has NOTHING on most recognized abuse and specific BDSM producers from abroad say like Cinemagic Memorial who for their power series including "Clover Night", "Rapeman" or "Tales of Destruction" for their real world settings, performers' believability and onscreen intensity. And Cinemagic IS a specific PORN company.
>Troma is fantasy.
So are Black's films -- as most performers would NOT do the acts they perform on-camera as part of their natural sex acts with their spouses or life partners. These acts are real as real people are doing them but these acts are also STAGED and planned out beforehand as what is to be done.

That scene in Fuck slaves is NOT a rape unless you consider the sex scene to be happening in an alternate reality whereby the people are bred to acknowledge slavery as part of their lives as these people specifically address themselves as slaves to their master and live in cages willingly.
Crimes of the Cunt has no kidnap or enforcement scenes. So again unless you are adding in the kidnap and resistence from what is NOT shown, these films would not be classified as rape fantasies. In fact there is noth even a HOM attack (hand over mouth) nor any specific forced action nor the model shown actively resisting a la "law & order" or "cold case setup whereby the actual attack is shown as that WOULD bring down a LOT of unneeded trouble that most adult film producers do NOT need right now.

I wrote Troma is pretend.
The performers in Black's films actually do the act on video, whether they do the act at home is irrelevant. The jizz sucked up in the scenes Black describes is jizz no? The vomit brought on by a too large cock thrust too vigorously down a throat is vomit as in the contents of someone's stomach no? The blood in a Troma film is what? Someone's brain explodes in a Troma film - that's pretend, not real.
If you're saying Black's film are spoofs, yeah well okay, except who ever found them funny or clever? I'm not singling him out, I don't give a rat's arse about Black to be honest.
Perhaps the original poster would be best off joining Kink.com but they won't serve his needs for rape fantasies either -- from Kink " Copywriting:
1. The words "abduct", "abduction" and “rape” cannot be used. Additionally, the copy cannot imply actual rape or abduction. I.e. “we grabbed betty off the street, tied her up and force-fucked her” would not be allowed, whereas “Betty got tied up and was given forced orgasms” would be ok."
I think you or someone else mentioned it - what producers pass off as rough has in the majority nothing whatsoever to do with BDSM, it just comes off as crappily made excuse to play "rough" or disgusting. Read Kink's page for directors and consider for a nano second if someone like Black ever put that kind of thought into protecting himself legally or shaping how a product gets made. Kink.

Not to get totally off topic but Black WAS at one time making such hard films that did include hard topics such as rape and specific NON consentual acts as part of his scripted films
but do those acts qualify as HARD sex? Again for those who think anything beyond penis insertion into vagina -- yes for those people, such acts would be graded as "hard". But again if you compare Black's films to the HEAVY BDSM practitioners or even the specific endurance producers like the "gag factor" series, no one really counts Black as a "hard" adult film producer.
"Offensive"? Yes most agree that Black's scripted sex films are ugly and unwanted in thier sex viewing pleasure
But does that make the sex in his films "hard"? Again it depends on what frame of reference you as the watcher are evaluating his products. And again a LOT of people I talk to think of his films as "spoofs" as you call them, as they do NOT classify Black's productions to meet their definition of being "hard" when compared to say Master Costello and the like.
Again it was ONLY because Monty75 specifically asked about rape fantasies did I even bring up the matter as they are specifically and deliberately forbidden here in the USA and Canada when the enforcement is made by adult film makers as part of their scripted sex showing films in the last six years or so. Otherwise we could have pointed him to a whole host of producers who again at one time where actively churning out those products here in the USA fairly regularly.
Today for those types of films in order to see the target getting forced while the sex is going on or as a prelude to the sex you basically have to seek out products from countries that basically do NOT export such content. And when they do one of the two acts that makes a scripted rape film to be a scripted rape film is cut from the film namely either the direct and obvious domination of the person while the sex is going on OR the sex itself and leaving the matter as an implied only film.
As stated by both of us before there are NO adult film producers here in the USA or Canada who is going to showcase such films as it is just far too costly because of legal battles to create or sell or distribute such specific NON-consentual abuse films.
I would again state that if Monty75 is looking for "possible MMF and even rape fantasies" then he either needs to search abroad and pray he can find a reseller willing to ship to his locale AND that the custom officers do not look at the DVDs in question AFTER finding such a willing exporter,
OR he needs to look for others subject matter as again there are none currently who really will meet his specific criteria here in North America as the laws in Canada and USA are just too restrictive today for such consumers.

What scene are you talking about? I'm talking about the Bobbi Starr/Brandon Iron scene when he breaks into the house and the theme is obviously a 'rape' fantasy. Bobbi even refers to it as a rape on the phone to her friend at the end of the scene.
The last sequence with Heather Gables is clearly a rape fantasy, her hands are bound, she is pursued and abused by the (unseen) Malone character who shoots a gun at her and then she receives very rough treatment from Brandon Iron, who ties her to the back of his car. That's not enforcement? She even shoots both of them at the end of the scene, is that because her character just engaged in some consensual sex?

Apparently at gun point doesn't make a difference as long as she's not tied up. Speaking of gun point that happens again Nikki Hunter's scene of Riot Sluts 2.
I would like somebody to link to the law that forbids thsi rather than this silly go round of him Customer saying well this is illegal and I know it, and the rest of us posting example after example after example of how wrong he is.
My understanding is that there isn't anything that illegal in US porn, it's just that the obscenity laws are so vague that anything could qualify on any given day. Hense the current case.
