Is this anything to be concerned about? Are these toys still useable? How and why does this happen? [Link]

That chemical is now breaking down. They should also have a strong smell now, if I'm correct. The chemical is called something hard to spell, like pthalates. I must not be spelling it right, because I couldn't find it in a search. But Lindi will tell you more. Don't use them anymore. [Link]
