This should be in the other thread since it is an answer to Walter Burns' question.
When you are in a thread, at the top and bottom of each page there is a link "Reply to Topic". When you click on that and make your entry, it adds it to the bottom of the thread. No need to start a new thread, and starting a new thread creates confusion and makes it pretty hard to follow.
