lefaf, fyi my friend. I believe English may not be your first language, so fyi is "for your information". But my point is when you say exclusive it neither means nor implies a contract. It only means that is the only people she has worked for. There is exclusivity included in some contracts, but the word exclusively does not mean it is by contract.
