I think the overall issue isn't one of having an opinion, it's how destructive the opinion is. If you tell an adult performer politely what they could improve on or what kind of scenes you want to see from them, that is one thing. 'Critiques' of someone's body or tattoos are not constructive, it's not realistic to demand or expect a performer to change everything about themselves for the pleasure of the fans. Hence why most moderators encourage you to move on from a performer if you don't like what they are doing or no longer like how they look. Personally, tattoos are not a dealbreaker for me. Then again it also depends on the performer, Joanna Angel is a perfect example - lots of tattoos but she remain as hot as hell in whatever scene she is doing. Same with Crystal Taylor, Sophia Locke among others and there are some who have small tattoos that have arguably become a trademark of the performer like Chanel Preston, Riley Reid and who could forget Maddy's dragonfly tattoo or Karlee Grey's gun tattoo on her hip? Sarah Vandella to me is one of those chameleons who can come off as demure and shy or be able to be totally hardcore chugging a cock and taking it up her ass without blinking an eye.

I am surprised to read her talking about the industry destroying people because I thought post August Ames, Dakota Skye and Dahlia Sky; that the industry as a whole was taking the mental health of performers more seriously especially with the whole Pineapple Support business.
All the best to her and her new life. She's definitely drawing a line under that part of her career and moving on. She always looked like she was having fun on set and her legendary deepthroat skills will be missed.
