According to Lukeisback, here is here new blog
blog
It's the same one as the one on the badassfranksow site
I wonder what happened to all her porn money??? Cause apparently she did tons of scenes and should have made a ton of money, did she spent it all already??
She writes:
At the bank I got a cashiers check for $975.00, (my August rent) four ten-dollar bills (for Therapy for the next two weeks) and a roll of quarters (for the bus) … those are my “bills” for this pay period. After attending to my bills, I have $108.84 left in my bank account. My goal is to arrive at August 15th with no less then $68.84.
I make just a little bit more then I need to spend, so saving money is going to be tough, but not impossible. I plan on being VERY strict with myself until I have a nice little money cushion. (My goal is $1000 in my saving’s account) Once I have acquired that cushion then I will sit down and figure out a reasonable budget so that I can have some spending money but never again live paycheck to pay check.

Sad to hear that she's having financial problems.

From reading her blog she's not complaining and doesn't seem to consider it a problem, she seems happy. To most people it would seem like a financial problem but she wasn't telling it like a problem, she said she was on the right track to saving up etc
I just wondered what happened to her porn money.
She also wrote
"I thought of what I had put my body through since the age of losing my virginity. (Which was just a hair over 12 years old). And as I started therapy and began knowing the truth about my self I realized I had given up control of my soul by being so “free” with my body. And its not just how many partners I have had. (LOTS) It goes so far as how often I wanted to have sex with any particular lover. Sex became like I tick, a compulsion and I can remember times when I had just had sex and would want to have sex literally again right afterwards. (And not because I wasn’t satisfied, trust me, if you look at me hard enough I have an orgasm.) I was 15 years old the day I had sex with 6 different partners in one afternoon. I remember thinking I was such hot stuff. One can only imagine what the boys actually thought of me. ::sighs and laughs:: Unfortunately sleeping with a large group of male friends all in the same day is one of the lesser distasteful things I have done with my body. So, without being to vulgar, you see now where I am coming from. For nine years I allowed my self to be abused and taken advantage of. I went out of my way to destroy myself and I choose sex as my weapon."
And she also wrote that she's been celibate for almost a year... Interesting...

I was working part-time "starving musician" jobs into my early thirties, for God's sake. Sasha is still in her early twenties. Even if she spent all her porn income, she's so young it doesn't really matter.
I wish she'd come back (for my own selfish reasons), but that's not likely to happen unless it were totally on her own terms. Can you imagine how good Sasha might be at directing? Boggles my mind.
Glad she's happy and feeling okay about herself, whatever she's doing.

I'm just wondering if anyone else thinks it's a little sick that we allow the psychiatric community convince people that there must be something wrong with them if they like sex? True, maybe there are certain limits and maybe Sasha crossed them but it's no wonder porn is perceived as the destroyer of so many minds when people are raised to believe fucking for pleasure and fun (or heaven forbid, money) is the worst thing you can do to yourself.
How many of you have fully gotten over the "Masturbation is evil" mantra imposed upon you in your youth? We have people who masturbate and then beat themselves up for it because it's a terrible thing they're doing, pleasuring themselves. I'm just disgusted with the direction "mental health" has taken as of late.

Porn girls are geniuses at spending money. Rockstar syndrome.
I live in one of the most expensive cities in the world, and the most damage I can really do in one night is about $200. And that would include spending on other people.
But throw a fancy car and insurance into the mix, high LA rents, doctor bills and physical maintenance, private trainers, and even a modest dependency on (prescription or non) drugs or alcohol, maybe a loser BF or spongey relative or sick old aunt back home ... you're double anal blowbang mope squad bankroll can burn up fast ...
I think Sasha is pretty awesome. I can say that when I interviewed her, there was a raw nerve or two exposed and allusions to incidents she preferred not to talk about ... I'd love to see her come back and do some more scenes with the right directors, but only on her terms with her head intact. ...

When she was performing I am guessing she has to be making 15-20k a month, let's just say 15k a month, around 1k for a b/g scene, more for anal so 15k a month is a low figure. Even if she spent like crazy she could have gotten transportation at least....
Rent in La is not that expensive, a decent apartment is at the most 2k a month, I live in Orange County and that's how much I pay for a 1 bedroom. 2 k a month is easy to pay when you make over 15k a month and she would still have plenty left to pay for trainers, medical bills, partying, etc while
still having some savings I would think.
Personal trainers at 24 hr fitness etc aren't THAT expensive
As for the car, I read on Sasha's blog she wrote she got a roll of quarters for the bus, that means she doesn't even HAVE a car. I wonder how someone could have done hundreds of scenes and not have a car?

Not at most but that's the average price for a DECENT place, with a state of the art gym, securirty, concierge etc.
You could probably find something for 1700 and up. You can go cheaper too but those places aren't nice at all (ugly gym, dirty pool, lower income undesirable residents). You could live somewhere cheaper but it would be most likely in the valley and I would never want to live there. It's too hot and in the middle of nowhere. I looked at a lot of listings in LA because at one point I was interested in moving there and the only places that I thought were desirable where all around $1800 and up. The cheaper places were just ugly.
If you want to live in super luxury apartments it can be a lot more than 2k a month, but you'll get stuff like an incredible gym, on-site masseuses/spa/sauna, on site yoga lessons etc
You can definitely find rent in Orange County for 1300 etc but the place wouldn't be upscale, ghetto neighbors, dirty streets, more low-income people. If you want to live somewhere upscale with professionals and higher-income/higher-class people as your neighbors you gotta pay a bit more. It's worth it to pay more but live in more upscale surroundings with more enterprising and successful people.
Also, in OC the closer you get to the beach the more prestigious your address gets, I guess it's the same in LA.
Malibu and Pacific Palisades are much more desirable addresses than somewhere in the valley.

Sasha's tale of woe is quite typical of a lot of pornstars really. Some either get over their premiscious and/or sexually abusive past and some don't.
I think a history of sexual abuse which leads to some girls entering porn is a common theme.
I remember Jayan Oso talking about the sexual abuse she suffered in the BTS of 'Un-natural Sex 10.' Her past doesn't seem to have unduly affected her career unlike Sasha.
Miss Knox was something special, but the light that burns twice as bright burns half as long.
I bought nearly everything she was in during that year when her light burned so bright.
It would be fantastic if she could come back to porn some day. She needs to get over her past somehow though and realise that her sexualy varacious appetite is nothing to be ashamed of and that porn could be a good way of venting her frustrations and earning good money again.
I doubt she is quite as poor as she makes out. But a pornstar's ability to chuck money around like it's going out of fashion is legendary. Most are just teenagers after all and the allure of clothes, fast cars, drugs and booze is hard to resist.
Nothing says romance like anal sex.

Some people who had cars were forced to sell them when they hit hard financial times. Just because someone doesn't currently own a car doesn't mean they never had one. I've had 4. Sold all of them except the 4th one.
Sometimes when people are making decent money, they spend it faster than they make it. This may or may not be the case with Sasha. Maybe she bought her parents a nice house. If I had a stretch of good fortune, I might feel compelled to pay off my parents' mortgage. That would take a good chunk of change by itself.
Who knows? She coulda spent it on anything, really.

Yes, that's true but having less than $100 left in your bank account after paying your bills is really not normal, I don't consider that "hitting on hard times" but being on the brink of homelessness or something. I don't know how to explain it. It's just very bizarre.
In LA it is a NECESSITY to have a car, I would not be able to live if I had to take the bus, taking the bus is very counterproductive, everything takes twice as long. I don't know anyone who actually takes the bus. LA is very spread out though, you HAVE to have a car.
You can buy a cheap car real easily for a few grand that will still run well like a used Honda Civic or something. I can't believe she came to the point where she has to take the bus. I just find that very sad. Usually it's really poor
people who take the bus. No one takes the bus where I live.

It's actually more common than you think. Maybe not in your neighborhood but there are people who live perpetually on the brink of homelessness most of their lives. It's not bizarre because everything is so expensive these days. It's not so bad if you have a really good job but not everyone does.

living paycheck to paycheck is very common, and if you don't end up in the negative, then you're doing alright in most of the country. Living here can be really expensive, and jobs don't generally want to pay a whole lot. Hell, most people I've known are actually in a heap of debt for one reason or another (education, having to go to a hospital at some point, loans for some other reason, etc.) so having a little bit to save is pretty good.
And as for the "psychiatric community" encouraging people to believe sex is bad, there is no case for that. It depends on who you talk to, individually, just like in any profession as to how liberal or repressed they are about sex. I'd imagine the psychological community on the whole is somewhat more liberal on sexual concerns than the population in general.

Yea, a lot of people should read "Rich Dad Poor Dad". It really explains a lot, also about why living paycheck to paycheck is not a good idea in the first place. The real enterprising people don't work paycheck to paycheck but go into business for themselves.

anyone who takes "Rich Dad Poor Dad" seriously is a fool, and I pity them. sorry if it's your favorite book, but I find that stuff to be extremely insulting and patronizing, as well as entirely glossing over the many complexities outside of people's control that keep them from "spending less than they make" or "starting their own business".

I don't take that book word for word seriously but I do think it has some good points. It's not my favorite book but it was very interesting. Not all businesses require a lot of start up capital btw, some for example, only require a computer and an internet connection.
If someone is enterprising enough there is always a way to make more money.
Most people in the U.S need to be patronized though because they don't know how to manage their cash flow and have too much debt.

I think we're getting off topic. But I would agree that, yes a lot of people plan poorly and don't realize things that they could do better to be better off. I've witnessed that.
But that's only ever part of the picture.

Where is this perfect world where all it takes is effort? I haven't seen it and I know a lot of other people who haven't either. The difference between enterprising and suicidal is one bad idea. You might not have noticed but most of the good ones are taken (x 10,000). If you don't have an original idea, or at least some way to make what you want to do stand out from the ten thousand other folks trying to do the same thing, you're probably going to be better off in the long run working for somebody else.
The only thing a person generally accomplishes in going into business for themselves is leaping headfirst from the frying pan into the fire. Might as well douse yourself with gasoline first too to make the fireball as spectacular as possible.
Some succeed. You hear their stories every day. It's inevitable. Some people beat the system at it's own game. But they put those stories on the front cover for a reason. Guess what it is?

Hmmm. I'm talking about a trend in a society that's collectively obsessed with psychotherapy. And that trend seems to be an increasing phobia of all things sexual. Now I figure that either the general population isn't listening to it's allegedly liberal therapists or it's therapists aren't quite so liberal.
I do believe there's a case for it. When people feel like they need therapy for having sex and enjoying it, something's wrong. But it sure isn't their quite natural enjoyment of sex.

I honestly think it comes down to survival of the fittest.
Some people are just naturally more smarter, resourceful, and enterprising than others. Some people are just slow and will never become successful no matter how much help they get.
I'll bet you can take a person who is a self-made financial successful peson and take away all their money and in 5 years that person will be making a good living again. Some people just have it and some people don't.
It's probably a combination of genetics, street smarts, determination, focus, and perhaps some luck too, but for the "slower" people, all the luck in the world isn't going to help them.
Not everyone is created equal as most like to believe. That's what we tell the kids so they can grow up feeling good about themselves. Some people are just "better at life" than others.

Well that's pleasant. So....out of 300,000,000 people in the US, how many would you estimate, roughly, who haven't got a prayer?
It's nice to know that we don't mind simply throwing some people away so the smartest, the brightest, quickest, with the best genes can have anything their heart desires.
But hey. At least you're more honest about it than the folks who insist that all it takes is effort. For that, I have to give you credit.

Well, I don't know for certain, I definitely don't have all the answers, but there ARE many people who are slow. There are some people who can't understand basic stuff how many times you explain it to them. They may be good people but they are just "slow".
It doesn't mean that we throw them away or whatever, it just means that they won't do as well as the more "gifted" people lol. But the slow people can still have fulfilling lives, have a pleasant family life etc

I read some of the blogs. She's such a cutie.
It's good she;'s being honest with herself. She's gonna destroy whatever guy she gets together with after her vow is over. ... Sweet Jesus H.!
Now, why do I have such a sick urge to go back and watch her blowbang scene(s)?

Somebody exposed that guy as a fraud. I may have ever posted the link here. For instance, the guy says he owns all kinds of businesses like restaurants and construction companies in different states even. Commentators have suggested that this is very unlikely.

I hope Sasha isn't having regrets about her sex life. If I recall correctly she mentioned sleeping with over 300 guys BEFORE she even began performing. Personally I think that is awesome. Her sexual energy is amazing and she wasn't afraid to be herself. There is nothing wrong with that.
There are so many fake people in society, including the media, talk shows, evangelists, etc. who try to paint sex as negative when in fact THEY LOVE SEX THEMSELVES. The very same therapist who told you sex is "bad" and should be "conserved" goes home and watches porn. He/She fantasizes about sex and would probably have as much of it as they could if it wasn't for what they thought society would think of them. Case in point when men get mad at their sisters or daughters for sleeping around. Yet if it were the girl next door they would want a peice of the action. This is hypocracy at it's finest.
I would love to hook society to a lie detector and ask "do you think promiscuity is wrong?" The needle would jump off the chart even before you'd hear the predictable "yes."
Anyways, I hope Sasha feels better soon. You shouldn't be hard on herself over something that anyone with a have decent head on their shoulders would recognize as pleasureable pastime. Good luck and God bless.

Okay, Okay ... So I sat down today to update some things here on this site and then got caught up reading all these other less perused threads about myself.
I can't begin to address everything but I wanted to comment on something ... The Car issue.
Yeah, I wrote about getting a roll of quarters because I was taking the bus. HOWEVER I was taking the bus because I wanted too. I have never had a car, ever in my life. Because I don't have a drivers license, because I don't want to drive! Why is that such a big deal. I have tons of disposable income because I don't drive or have a car. All my friends ever talk about is the price of gas, parking tickets, car repair, blah blah. I don't want any of that, so I choose to get around other ways. Bus, cab, bike, walk ... It's really not a big deal. People say you have to have a car to live in LA. That just isn't true. I have lived in LA for 6 years and not having a car has only been a real issue ONE time in my entire time here.
Anyway, that's all. =)

^ Well it's nice to hear from you. And don't take that stuff I wrote too seriously. I barely remember writing it. I don't have a car either (anymore). Though I admit it can be a pain in the ass, I agree with you that it saves a lot of money and headache.
