I was watching August Ames scene from Titterific 30 and something really hot happens. The scene is pretty vanilla MF fucking but about 20min before the end the director, Porno Dan, joins in. I'm not sure it can be done spontaneously as any exchange of bodily fluids carries risk. At least it can't be done without the studio or performers harming their credibility.

Most scenes with this premise are set-up because usually crew is not tested for VDs which is a requirement to actually perform in a scene. Porno Dan is one of the few crew members in the biz (he is a director and company owner) that do maintain their VD testing and therefore may participate in scenes. This isn't the first time Dan has performed in one of his pornos, either -- he actually performs quite often including actual penetration. About the only other "crew" members in traditional Chatsworth or SF porn I can think of that maintain VD testing on a regular basis and perform in their movies fairly regularly are at Intersec where PD and Matt Williams both perform and direct and Madeline and Lorelei at Kink. You may be able to add Rain DeGrey to that list if she ends up permanently directing the new iteration of TopGrl. Peter Acworth at Kink used to but quit performing when he married his wife.
As for "crew" that does not perform but should I think Steve Hirsch (owner and CEO of Vivid) would make great male talent assuming his dick works -- no one knows the answer to that except his wife and if the rumor is true Ginger Lynn who he is rumored to have fucked before starting Vivid. Steve is one of the type that either evidently doesn't believe in himself having sex much outside of marriage (which is an odd position for someone that makes his living off of sex movies), even before he got married he wasn't known for fucking his talent and I am sure he had many opportunities to fuck primo pussy or kept his liasions with female talent very quiet.
