I've only seen this a couple of times that I recall.

Lil Bit/Rain-ahh was sitting between two guys and pulling in their dicks while the director, behind the camera, asked her questions.

Jenna Haze was yanking a crank in an early scene while she got interviewed.

I don't think I've ever seen a girl getting interviewed while giving a blowjob. IT might not work, but it might be interesting to see if it does.

Doers anyone have anything to add to either category?

The only scene like this that I can think of now is the Stevie Shae BTS at Teen Fidelity. Starting around 34 minutes the BTS scene has Ryan Madison lying on his back on a bed and Stevie has her face in his crotch and licks and sucks as Ryan asks her questions.

I'm a fan of this as well and hope this thread gets some other replies.

I joined Dogfart mainly for this type of content. They have hundreds of BTS scenes. About half have the lady stroking/sucking/fucking while being interviewed (the rest are plain interview)

Somewhat similar is Jessie Loads Monster Facials - they have a still camera film the photo shoot. Interesting interaction between cameraman and talent.
