A fair number of the better companies, like Elegant Angel, Evil Angel, Stagliano, etcetera have FFM scenes where the women are doing the 69 with each other while the woman on top is getting it doggy-style in the vagina. I don't recollect seeing anal, but I have seen several scenes that generally conform to what you describe.
