www.ccleaner.com is a great little program for wiping out all your temporary files and history. you can even configure it to keep certain cookies around (so you don't have to log in to sites for every visit, like ADT)

The ONLY thing you need to do is protect the cookies you want to keep BEFORE running the cleaning program. If you decide to use the program, I will be more than happy to point you to where to work with your cookies.
