IIRC, this really only works on a table where you can swing your legs. Start by having sex with you on your knees, back straight and perpendicular to the ground (kind of like those martial arts movies when they kneel in a dojo). She's facing you and has her legs wrapped around your waist. She then straightens her legs and leans back. The man leans forward, following her as she tips back to put her head on the floor and her legs straight out behind you. Swing back the other way, pulling her up and lean back until your head touches the floor behind you. She should swing her legs down on either side of you for momentum.

Not for the faint of heart, bad of back or weak of muscle.
