Josefine Mutzenbacher 1 is the original name of this title.
According to Herzog Video (owner of the Josefine Mutzenbacher rights) Caballero did not have the rights to publish the title. So I guess this is why you don't find it anymore.

Since it is a PAL release I doubt that Orgazmik USA will carry it, however you can purchase from their European location and have it shipped to the USA.

No that was Betamax. PAL is the video standard for most of Europe. NTSC is the video standard for North America and other locations. A DVD in PAL looks horrible on US televisions. There are televisions sold in the US that can render PAL as well. There are also DVD players sold in the US which can convert the PAL video to NTSC so it is viewable on US televisions that can't handle the PAL vido.

If you are watching the DVD on your computer it's easier as the computer can handle the PAL video with no problem. I don't know if Herzog regionally codes their discs or not. Most adult companies do not however I've noticed that a few, mostly European, do.

The Herzog release is not regionally coded and there is an English soundtrack for most of the movie, except the scenes which were not in the Sensational Janine version. And if you speak German and English, it's worth comparing the sound tracks, some funny translations there.
