Just curious if any males have sensitive groin area or even possible chronic pain during the act. I just got use to excepting this over years without any real explanation. Its not an STD that is for sure. Watching some of these guys in porn makes me cringe I could not yank at it like that or have my boys fondled without quite abit of pain. I suppose it could be MS related like most things are for me but I remember this as early as age 13. Now it like 1 of 3 times I can except ejaculation to be painful, especially for next few hours after like I very swore or something.
Really not something a disabled single person would bother a doctor with, more important things, but I wonder if there are just very sensitive men out there that have chronic pain.

I think you should visit a eurologist and explain your sensations. You might have a problem with your urinary or reproductive tract that needs to be addressed.

Yes, ask a doctor.

Nerve dysfunctions might be the cause, but you might have an obstruction or inflammation that causes it or contributes to it. And some antidepressants can also cause painful ejaculation or might be making it worse for you (and you could then try switching to a different one).

Since they might be able to improve the situation, and since your symptoms might point to some other thing that needs treatment, ask. Your doctor can decide whether it needs to be pursued.

And try masturbation, much better than masterbation.

Yeah I suppose I should look into it but I could just imagine my doctor face mentioning over other things going on. Thanks for the responses.

P.S. I always love english purists that have no idea what MS does, no lesions to deal with, memory issues, learning disabilities coming into thread only to make smart replies. Oh how grand life must be for you.

What, you're single and disabled so your sexual feelings and sexual anatomy are supposed to be put in mothballs or something? Screw that. I know a girl who's in an electric wheelchair for life but she gets dates through a website and got laid for the first time that way. Where there's a will there's a way.

Mention it! If your doctor's any good, he or she will want to hear about anything odd. Until you have his or her qualifications and experience you should not judge if it's medically significant or not. And on the sexual side you might find it liberating to talk about it a bit. Mention it!
