She has the beauty and acting ability to be a star, but not the temperament. Although this is not fair, (I've never interviewed her), she probably has Borderline PD. It is rare for anyone with BPD to get better because they truly believe everyone else is the problem, not them. You can't or won't get help because you're not at fault. You never seek help or advice because everybody else is wrong. (M. Scott Peck, in his landmark book "The Road Less Travelled" describes this very well.)
