I've had a morbid fascination with the Realdoll and I recall that even a couple of years ago the vagina insert looked unrealistic because it was more like a vulva insert. It was really obvious. I just checked the site and it appears that the only removable insert is the vagina which would make it reasonably easy to clean, but if you like oral or anal, you'll be wearing a condom or clean-up will take a wee bit longer. But look at the bright side: she won't need an enema before anal so there is no clean up before, just after! The upside is, however, that the vagina - the whole vulva - looks far more realistic.
