As far as KGK goes, I was in that movie, and the bruises, bandages, smashed TV sets, etc. were hardly just set dressing calculated to shock and titilate. Eon put together an amazing cast, and that is pretty much how they look and live whether they are fucking on camera or just living their lives off the set. Slavic tribes had something which would pass as swinger-orgies nowadays, mostly set at the transition of one season to another AFAIK.
Of course this was more kind of "carneval"/"ritual".

It was reported that in Norse/Germanic tribes it was quite usual for a newly married couple to have sex in front of the other villagers.

Norse gods and goddesses were much more "open" to lust compared to the Greek pantheon. Simplified some Greek gods played Hugh Hefner, but the goddesses were against "free love" - ever jealous Hera, Artemis who would haunt you if you dared to seduce her, e.g. Only Aphrodite was really open to lust.
In the norse pantheon almost all goddesses were open to promiscuity and lust.

Sadly the christians did their best in rewriting the history and the legends and myths of Norse/Germanic people and in a lesser extent Slavic culture and civilisation, i.e. they stole and destroyed the heritage of these cultures.
Especially Norse/Germanic texts and lores - maybe with the exception of a few lines of the Merseburger Spells, even the Elder Edda was discovered by an icelandic bishop and even if the Elder Edda wasn't "reedited" it already shows christian influence - survived only in the heavily "remastered" christian "re-editions".

Who knows what Norse/Germanic (and Slavic) people were really up to, if you can only extrapolate from the christianised texts and some facts.
