One of the reasons I like the scene so much (apart from the fact that it's a hot scene with Penny Pax) is that both Penny and Alec have some decent acting skills. I don't think the scene would work as well if there were two actors who delivered the lines like they were reading them.
The scene opens in a kitchen with Penny sitting on the counter and Alec standing beside her. The scene opens in mid-conversation with Penny worried about something and Alec telling her that it's pretty much her only option. Penny says that her sorority sisters say it's gross and she asks if birth control is an option. Alec says it isn't because it causes cancer. He explains that condoms work but most guys don't like them. Then Alec reveals the topic of the conversation when he says "Trust me; anal is pretty much the only answer." Penny continues to look for options and asks about the Depo Provara shot to which Alec says "Oh yeah. That's even more painful then the anal." We then learn that Penny is in a new relationship with a boy and she wants to have sex with him but wants to avoid pregnancy. She asks how she's supposed to seduce him with anal if she's never even tried it.
Alec then nervously says that if Penny is worried he could 'help her out.' Penny looks a bit concerned and says with a lot of reservation "Wait. You mean like you and I have anal sex?" Alec plays this well enough that we can see that he was hoping for Penny to say yes but since she didn't he has to backtrack and he says "No, no, no! That's not what I meant! Geez! No, I was thinking about introducing some amazing anal sex toys. You know, to help loosen you up for the time that. you know. big cock."
Not to drag this out, but it's at this point that Alec refers to his 'practice' and notes that with some patients he uses an anal vibrator to help them. After a few minutes with the toy Alec asks Penny if she thinks she's ready for something bigger. Alec clarifies that he means a bigger toy. He reminds Penny that a penis will be bigger so she agrees. The camera is focused on Penny at this point but we can see in the background that Alec is undoing his pants. Penny can't see what's going on and her and Alec have a conversation about anal sex between Alec and Penny's mom. Obviously Penny is thinking that Alec is getting the bigger toy ready. But then Alec kneels on the bed behind Penny and we see that (gasp!) he isn't planning to use a toy at all!
Penny says that it feels nice but it feels really different compared to the toy. She says that it feels more 'natural.' Alec is clearly enjoying himself.
Then Penny gets a curious look on her face and asks: "Hey dad? Are those both of your hands on me?"
