It might not be quite what you want, but in Axel Braun's movie Compulsion, Ashley Long has a long scene starting with her in a cage, though she is eventually pulled out and roughly, forcibly taken by three men. The scene is dark and harsh (Kurt Longwood as her lover is bound and forced to watch this at gunpoint) but very, very hot. By the way, in the plot, she has arranged and choreographed the event (to understand why, watch the movie; it's worth it).
