It has the same basic shell that the Sybian does. Half a cylinder wrapped in either vinyl or leather. The difference is this machine isn't a glorified virbrator but rather a "plunger action". A fuck machine. Called something to the affect of "Titaine". This one was red (Sybian is black with beige colored attachments). I could have sworn I heard the "T" sound. Visited the manufacturer's site you posted. It is pretty much the same thing. Except the Jatamine has more padding. More comfortable for your woman. The one I saw just looked like they took an existing Sybian and cut out an opening for the dildo mechanism to protrude out. If you happen to come across the one I'm talking about please post. Not that it matters that much as the Jetaine is pretty much the same thing if not a little better.
