Sexboat is one of my favorite golden age films. I remember discussion about 25 years ago on the old RAME newsgroup about an edited version that cut the pirate rape scenes. However, every version I have ever seen has the scenes intact. Does anyone know if such a version ever existed at all? If so, I'm morbidly curious how they handled the rape scenes. Does anyone know for sure?

One of the first Golden Age movies I watched on a VHS tape around 40 years ago. This was in England and the version, from a company called Electric Hollywood I think, was trimmed, but the plundering pirates were there. Earlier another version, cut to 50mins was shown in UK cinemas. It's a fun movie with nothing to be taken seriously.
